Over the last 8 years I have introduced 4 of my different friends kids of different ages and with different educational needs to Leslie at Learning Links Center. She has been able to teach non-​readers to read in a few months time, help them understand difficult and basic math concepts, and change their attitudes about learning and doing homework. Their grades have gone from D’s and F’s to A’s and B’s. In addition, Leslie has made learning fun and understandable for my friends kids with auditory processing issues. She is knowledgable and able to work with the unique needs and personalities of all the kids I’ve introduced to her. As Ive made more friends and contacts over the years I’ve felt lucky to know Leslie as she has helped all the kids I’ve brought by. Her home-​based office makes learning fun and not intimidating and because it is not their own home with distractions, the kids know it is work time at Leslie’s. My friends kids love the days they have tutoring, so do my friends because those are the days we hang out and drink a beer and don’t have to deal with the arguments at their house with the kids and their homework!

bright, highly trained, educated and devoted to
her students successes. I’m proud to say, my son has now benefited… as a UCLA student!
She is far more than a just a tutor. I know firsthand, as we had been through many before luckily, finding Leslie.
