My new favorite pharmacy! The staff could not have been nicer to me, and the pharmacist, Nelson, truly cares about his customers. The past couple of times I have been there I was shocked to see that Nelson had remembered me and took the time to explain my prescriptions. Him and his staff really make it feel like a community pharmacy and made me feel very comfortable– definitely not going back to the chain pharmacies! *added bonus: they also deliver the prescriptions to you for free! SO helpful!

Best mom and pop pharmacy ever! Nelson is the best pharmacist, knowledgeable and caring. They are always prompt and courteous. Don’t use the corporate CVSs and Rite Aids!

Staff is slower than molasses here. Waited a half hour after they were supposed to be open, staff still wasn’t there. Janitor staff said they’re always about 15 – 20 min late. I ended up going back upstairs to my doctor and had them fax over the prescription to Rite Aid. Got back downstairs at 9:45am and they were open. Absolutely unacceptable. Also about a month before this incident, I needed a prescription filled and had my mother pick it up 5 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. She had to wait 15 minutes for them to get it together. I really don’t understand why they are so unorganized here. Better off going to Rite Aid, CVS, etc.

Great staff, very quick. The pharmacist is very helpful and carding. The only reason I would not give them five stars is that their hours are short and their not open on the weekends. However, The personal care and fast service out ways the lack of hours open, so they get five stars from me. I was burned out on getting the Rite Aid /CVS impersonal help and care — I’d rather go to Royal Hills get personal care. The one on one attention you get from the pharmacist let’s me know there will be no mistakes. You can fax your prescriptions in and then pick them up in less then an hour. When I have dropped off my prescription I have never waited longer then 10 mins. Now CVS and Rite Aid can’t compete with that!

If you are looking for a pharmacy that consistently goes above and beyond to help it’s customers, Royal Hills Pharmacy is the place to go. The Pharmacist is always present and helpful with any questions. The pharmacy tech is well informed and friendly. Instead of supporting the large chains that offer no customer service, I’d recommend Royal Hills Pharmacy. They even offer free mailing for your prescriptions.

I went to the pharmacy to fill a script, when I dropped it off I asked how long the wait was and the girl at the counter said about 10mins. This was perfect as I had another appointment. 10mins goes by. 20 mins goes by. At 25 mins I appraoched the counter and the girl said it is almost done, I reiterated I was in a rush. 35mins goes by I went to the counter again and told her to return my script as I was lied to about the wait time. The staff seemed uncaring and took the time to unpack deliveries rather than fill meds for waiting customers. Previous interactions with the pharmacist has shown he is a «control freak» as I tried to transfer my refills to hold at a pharmacy closer to my house and he refused to transfer them until the day before they could be filled. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.
