Description

Specialties

ABC’s of Dance offers classes in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. We also offer awesome dance camps during spring, summer, and winter school breaks. Our instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and great with children! We have classes for the tiniest dancers with «Dance with Me» (18 months-3 years old) all the way through to beginning and intermediate adult classes. We limit class and camp enrollment to just 10 students so we can give each dancer individual attention.

We are conveniently located on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and La Cienega Blvd. in West Hollywood, close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. We have a small children’s dancewear boutique with leotards, skirts, tutus, shoes, and dance accessories.

Established in 2012.

ABC’s of Dance is a family-owned and operated dance studio. We are new to West Hollywood, however we are not new to the dance industry. We owned a dance studio near Las Vegas, NV for 12 years that offered dance, gymnastics, singing, and acting classes. Meet the Business Owner

Mary A.

Business Owner

I have been involved with the dance industry for over 23 years. I owned and managed a dance studio near Las Vegas, Nevada, for 12 years before moving to Los Angeles with my two daughters, Amanda and Katie. I have a strong background in administration and have overseen numerous programs in dance, gymnastics, voice and theater.

Katie grew up in the dance studio, taking classes in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, hip hop, voice, and acting. She also trained at Nevada Ballet Theatre before moving to Los Angeles to be with the Los Angeles Ballet. She has several years of teaching experience and enjoys working with students of all ages.

Amanda trained in ballet, tap, jazz, acting, and voice at the studio. She was an instructor there for children ages 3 – 7 in combo classes for several years. Since moving to Los Angeles, she has continued teaching at dance studios and schools. She has a passion for teaching dance to children, and she is excited to bring that enthusiasm to ABC’s of Dance.
