All Electrical Solutions

Called Thursday morning about two light fixtures in my home that were not working. Steve requested a couple of pictures which I sent Thursday night. He and his colleague showed up on time Friday morning, made the repairs and were in and out within an hour. They were pleasant, the price was fair and I would definitely use him again.

We had been looking for a reliable electrician. I called All Electrical Solutions… Steve returned my call very quickly; provided an estimate over the phone and booked me the next appointment. He was able to fit me in on Monday morning when I had called the prior Friday… Steve even called to let me know that he was on his way. He quickly did the work and did a great job. He came out and did a great job of fixing an issue that he discovered on site in addition to the issue I called about. Highly recommended.

Steve was professional, knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. I thought his prices were reasonable and he went above and beyond to do s few extras.
He is on my contractor list for all future electronic projects!

I told Steve that I had a small mirror to be installed in my bathroom on the wall. I added more pertinent info about the mirror and the wall. During this first call I was surprised by the detail of electrical type questions he asked me. As if he wanted to know exactly what to bring and what not to bring. For example, he asked me about whether I needed a «box»? I thought to myself that if I knew all these answers I could probably install it myself. He wanted pictures of the wall area and my mirror. After getting off the phone I took pictures. I sent him a total six pictures with detailed notes about each pic. I had this mirror resting on my bathroom floor for weeks prior to finding him so I was excited about getting it put up. I had asked for first available. He gave me a service date two weeks out. After about five days he called me to schedule the service date. I called him back and replied that we had already scheduled one. I asked him if he received the pictures I sent him and he said that he did not. After explaining that I emailed them the day we spoke he finally found them. Five days before «the big date» I emailed him requesting his electrical license number because my husband wanted it. I heard nothing. About 4PM day before «the big date» I called to confirm the date, time, and get the license number. He told me that I was no longer scheduled because I did not respond to two phone message he left confirming the date. II told him I did not get any messages from him. I noticed that he sounded quite pleased in telling me I was no longer scheduled. I started to feel that I needed to defend myself and said, why would I have requested a copy of your license if I was not planning on having you do the job?” He continued arguing and blaming me. At this point I wanted to get off the phone and as far away from as I could. After getting off the phone I thought to myself that he was a poor businessman and probably not very bright. Early on in the call why would he not have shifted into setting up another day. You know, damage control. How odd that he seemed pleased with himself and continued to say things which would naturally escalate a situation such as this. In the end, my experience with this company was one big waste of time.

He was able to fit me in the very next day… Jordan called to let me know when he’d be over. He was early for his appointment, quickly did the work and did a great job. These guys were awesome. They’re only 2 minutes away from where I live… couldn’t have been any more convenient!

I couldn’t BE more pleased with Steve and All Electrical Solutions.
I just had a new range oven delivered to my home, and the plug for the range wasn’t compatible with the outlet that I had for my existing range. Trying to find an electrician in this town can be a bit maddening. Fortunately I found Steve, and I was able to communicate with him very quickly via telephone and email, and he determined that he’d be able to do the job. He came over the next day with the correct outlet, installed it in 20 minutes, all at a very fair price. A+++.
I have a new electrician for life! You MUST call him for any electrical needs. Don’t bother with anyone else.

I will admit to being a tad suspicious when I see nothing but rave reviews for any business or service. Nevertheless, I contacted All Electrical Solutions to fix the fluorescent light in my kitchen. Steve suggested that I replace it with LED lights as the type of fixture I had would need to be fixed again in a few years. I liked the idea very much. Steve showed up with the lights, on time and with all of the equipment needed for the job. It meant a lot that he cleaned up when he was done. I just wish I could give All Electrical Solutions ten stars instead of five.

Robert was great! He was efficient, cool, and the chandelier looks beautiful. Good prices too!!! I’d definitely recommend this company, especially Robert!

Steve and his team took their time working in our store at MK Collection Showroom in West Hollywood. We are a high end showroom so it’s very important things look clean and are put together beautifully for potential clients and existing ones to pick out lighting.

Steve and his team are truly wonderful, I can’t recommend them enough. I had some recessed lighting installed and they were such a pleasure to work with. Steve went out of his way to accommodate my work schedule when he first came out for the estimate. He gave me a very reasonable price and we scheduled for the following week. I was very happily surprised the work took less than a day. Oscar and Romeo worked magic and kept the dry wall repair to a minimum, they nailed the dry wall pieces they removed back in so they wouldn’t get lost and they even cleaned up my previous 2 old recessed lights. They are true professionals who do great work. I absolutely love my new lights!

Steve (the owner) and his team were professional, on time (!!), and fantastic! First of all, Steve and I emailed about appointment times, which seems like not such a big deal but is super convenient to be able to email when I can’t always answer my phone. Robert handled our issue and was great. There was a short somewhere in our house, and he explained the issue and what it would take to find it (including timing), was very friendly, and was able to find the short within a reasonable period of time. The price was reasonable, and they cleaned up/​vacuumed so there was no dust left from the removal of outlets and such. Most definitely our go-​to electrician from now on. I highly recommend this company!

I was in the dark and powerless…
We had lost power in our back office (in a private home circa 50’s) and after reading the reviews on Unilocal,I called and explained my problem to Steve. Steve told me how much it would cost to come and look at the problem. He gave me a day in the same week and sent out Robert to take a look at things. Steve gave me a time frame, and then on the day of the appointment, he said he could be there sooner, I said by all means!
Robert came out, I showed him the problem. He did some trouble shooting (he showed me a sub panel that I didn’t know I had!!) and told me what my options were. As we were talking, a bunch of bees started to swarm in the back yard. I told Robert, that he was more than welcome to come back later when the bees were gone, but he powered (yes a bad pun) on.
Robert fixed the problem, made some suggestions for work that could be done. I was so happy with the work, that I went and told my next door neighbor how happy I was with the work! And… I now have electrician to call and recommend when needed!

Professional. On time. Fast and knows what he’s doing. I needed some old sconces to be replaced in my 1930’s duplex, so I checked Unilocal and saw all the 5-​star reviews so i called Steve. He gave me an estimate over the phone, and when he arrived he saw that the wiring was old so he replaced that and put up the sconces perfectly and was done. Great job and highly recommend!

I hired Steve to install an outdoor sensor light as my driveway was pitch black and dangerously dark. He installed one and it needed adjustment. I contacted him and he resolved the issues. Steve is prompt, courteous and responsive and a top notch electrician. He has restored light and safety to my life!

Unhappy with them. Got charged a fee for the guy to do absolutely nothing. It’s insane. It was around $ 120 for him to not help at all.

Steve is my go to electrician after just one house call. He did the following for me: remove old light fixture, assemble and install ceiling fan. Remove old porch light and install new one. Troubleshoot partial power outage in guest house and fixed within 15 or 20 minutes.
Steve has reasonable rates, excellent expertise, work quality and an overall great attitude. Highly recommended.
