Andrew is amazing… and not to mention a complete doll. He was so nice and really took his time listening to my needs and wants.
He is extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to make a girl look great (in a totally natural way). I walked in with my hair a complete mess (I had just finished a run and my uncontrollably frizzy hair was in a knot). I walked out satisfied and feeling refreshed and confident.
P. S. HIs scalp massages are to die for :).

Andrew has been doing my hair for over a year and his work is fantastic. Unlike most other stylists and colorists that I have tried, he never tries to up-​sell treatments that I don’t need and doesn’t charge inflated prices. He ensures that my hair is in beautiful condition before I leave the salon, oftentimes including a hair treatment of some kind, and charges me the same fair price every time. He makes himself available for appointments any time of day, any day of the week, and is always reliable and punctual. I am so happy with his work, that two of my family members now go to him as well. Thanks Andrew!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and I will never go back. I arrived for my first time appointment on time and he told me he was running 25 minutes behind so I went to trader joe’s to kill some time. Came back 25 minutes later and he was still washing his previous clients hair and then started to blow dry it without saying a word to me. 45 mins after my appointment time I said I can’t wait any longer to start. Under his breath he said sorry and that was it. I was very upset because he messed up my whole schedule and ruined my day. I planned on leaving with nice hair and instead I left in a terrible mood, what a waste of precious time. His studio was also very unorganized and unprofessional. I strongly recommend to go somewhere else to get your hair done!
