I have been shopping here for the last 2 years and I can’t speak enough praises about their customer service, especially Rick! He’s great! He’s so informative and spends as much time as you need to discuss all the different options in car seats and strollers. He’s genuinely concerned about what I’m looking for and what will be the best fit for me. I’m so happy with infant car seat and stroller we chose. Thank you Rick for all your help! Ps he does car seat installations and gladly teaches you how to install the car seat properly.

I cannot say enough about how helpful Rick Avila is from Bel Bambini. He is a wonderful resource and in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable in teaching my husband and I how to install our infant car seat. With Rick being a Certified Child Passenger Safety Tech, we knew were in good hands. However, he went above and beyond to ensure we were absolute pros in our tutorial and also gave us great recommendations on other products, not to mention expert guidance in general. If you have any questions on the right stroller, car seat or other baby related necessities, Rick is your man, hands down, and even makes himself reachable outside of store hours. A great resource for any new or soon-​to-​be parents!

Love this store! Can spend there hours! The only thing is that in the clothing department they have gorgeous things but the sizes are really hard to find. They get only one size for each order.

My most recent return to bel bambini not only was good as my first visit, but better. Our sales man Rick was super patient and very knowledgable. Again he walked us through all the newest baby items including the double stroller, our biggest decision, and made us feel confident in what we choose. We got everything we needed and for an amazing price. We came in at the right time and found the store was having an amazing sale and we saved a lot. Overall everyone there was kind and polite and we would highly recommend bel Bambini.

Hands down the best baby store I’ve been to, especially if Jorge is helping you!!! My wife and I bought all of our baby furniture and baby accessories from Jorge at Bel Bambini. We got the Dolce Baby Naples collection for our soon to be daughter, along with tons of clothes, shoes, bottles and other items. Jorge helped us all along the way! He is by far the best person we’ve ever worked with. He cares so much about what we needed and was always following up with us to make sure we were taken care of. He is amazing and really went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Jorge and Bel Bambini!!!

I had a great experience at bel bambini in weho. The staff were all really friendly and patient when I was asking many questions as a first time mom! I ended up purchasing my Nuna mixx stroller with the Nuna pipa car seat and absolutely love it!

I’ve been to this store a few times in the last several months — each time picking up new items for my 9 month old baby girl.
Every time I’ve come in, all of the crew have been super helpful and friendly. I don’t know why (maybe it’s the location), but this surprised me at first. I expected to have to deal with snobby salespeople and totally overpriced items. Not the case here.
However, a special shout out goes to Rick, since he’s been my go-​to guy for all of the big ticket items. I’m talking stroller, car seat and monitor. These are the investment pieces that cost a pretty penny, but that you should only have to buy once IF you buy it right! He will help guide you to what you need.
I’ve consulted him so many times that I felt like I was being a pain in the ass. Each time he’s answered my calls with such a great attitude and I can almost see his smile over the phone. He’s the best and I’m so happy with all of my purchases!

I should have listened to all the other reviews. I was told Little Castle was running behind when really my order was never placed until I went in when at the date it was supposed to be completed. I called the store 3 times after I placed the order and they still dropped the ball. It took over 15 weeks to get a chair. My friend ordered the same brand from a different store and had it shipped from TX in under 9 weeks. What’s the most insulting is instead of admitting they dropped the ball, I kept getting lied to. I could have made other arrangements but instead I was forced to wait another 6 weeks while they worked out their mistake. All while my baby had already been born. He was over 2 months old by the time my chair came.

We registered for our first baby at Bel Bambini earlier this year. We worked closely with April at the store who was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, easy, kind and walked us through every step. April made our experience fantastic and we loved working with her and everyone at the store. We would recommend any future parents to register here.

Stay away from this store it’s terrible! The customer service is awful. Waited over 7 weeks for my order to arrive. My original order was for a black leather baby bag. When it never showed up I called and found out that the black bag was not even in stock!!. So I went a head and told them to send me the brown one which was in stock. After two week still no bag. I’ll called to see what the status was. They said it would be sent out that week. Still no bag!!! After several calls the bag was finally delivered weeks later. along with a free gift which was a pacifier that looks like it has been in the stock rooms for years!!! Don’t shop here period

Extraordinarily cute stuff for extraordinarily expensive prices (unless you hit them during their end of season sales). Note that it’s hard to tear the sales people away from their mobile devices or just to get their attention at all (unless you plan to spend $$$$ on furniture.

Absolutely love this place. Had every intention of buying my baby’s crib and changing table at Buy Buy Baby or Babies R Us, but went to Bel Bambini on the recommendation of a friend, and quickly changed my mind. We found such a gorgeous crib and changing table set — way more beautiful and better quality than anything I had seen before — PLUS built with no chemicals or anything harmful to baby. A little more expensive, sure, but not ridiculous, and way less than I thought a baby boutique in Beverly Hills/​WeHO would cost. (I live in Eagle Rock so I’m not exactly frequenting fancy west side shops very often, but I will always come back to Bel Bambini in the future!)
If you can, ask for Rick to help you out. He’s super knowledgeable and extremely kind — he made our shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Plus, he’s a certified car seat safety technician, and he is more than willing to help you out in that department as well!

Rick was very helpful with helping me get acquainted with my new stroller. He is very knowledgable and knows everything about the products they sell. He’s a great person to look for when buying baby gear! He made it out to do delivery on a Sunday morning! 2 thumbs up!

Really awful customer service. Don’t recommend this store to any one. Things arrive really late and staff are super misleading about when you will receive goods purchased months ago. I ordered a stroller seat that was promised to me two months ago. I’m still waiting for it. They keep saying I’ll get it tomorrow!!! My babies already grown out of the car seat and they simply don’t care.
Trust me stick to buy buy baby. This store sux!!!

As a mother-​to-​be, I had no plans of registering with any retrial stores. I had made up my mind that I would only have an online registry. Until I met Jorge!!!
I originally went into Bel Bambini to look at a crib I was planning on ordering online. After spending about half hour with Jorge, I realized how much more you can learn by actually having a professional explain the items.
Jorge is extremely honest and made sure I receive everything I needed. He provided an unbiased explanation of every item I was considering. He soon became a trusted consultant for all matters relating to the baby. He even went as far as dropping items off himself when I gave birth and couldn’t leave the house!
It was because of Jorge’s customer service that I registered with Bel Bambini, and I’m forever grateful!

The absolute best baby store ever!!! My husband and I came into the store to look at the Dolce Baby Naples furniture set I saw on their website. I called the store and the sales person said they had the set I like in stock, so we came in to check it out.
We walked in and were immediately greeted by April and Jorge. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and about everything in the store. I am expecting in December and they explained everything we would possibly need for our soon to be baby. We went through multiple stroller options, nursery sets and car seats. Jorge and April were amazing!!!
During my pregnancy, My husband and I have been into Bel Bambini over fifty times. I ordered my stroller and my complete bedroom set at Bel Bambini. My sister-​in-​law even ordered a Nuna Pipa car seat at Bel Bambini for us as well! We had Rick install our car seat and he is amazing! He took so much time explaining how to install it, the features, and every detail I would need to know about the Nuna Pipa. Rick has a great personality and is always there to help us with our car seat and other needs.
Best of the best is Jorge!!! Jorge always makes our experience truly a pleasure! He is knowledgeable about everything in the store. He always has the best recommendations for anything we needed for our baby. He is truly the best. Thank you Jorge for all of your help!

After non-​stop phone calls from the Accounting Dept, we finally got the credit card refund due from May 8^th!
Ozzy (sp? the store manager) apparently told the accountants THEY WERE WAITING ON ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW BEFORE REFUNDING the show’s card. Which is odd since I was told the reasons why the credit card refund was initially delayed were a) it was late in the day on FRI when the return happened, so it would go through the following MON; b) the accountant was busy dealing with a film crew all day filming in the store, so it would happen the next day; c) the accountant didn’t get to it so it would happen the following day; d) the accountant was gone at jury duty all week & it wouldn’t be able to be processed until the following MON.
Luckily, Ozzy listened to reason or perhaps realized that it would be illegal to withhold a customer’s refund over an unfavorable Unilocal review… especially since they would never have received the unfavorable Unilocal review if they had behaved professionally & issued the rental credit when all items were returned…

Please do not register here for your baby shower!!! Bel Bambini might be great, albeit on the pricier side, if you want to pop in and buy an in stock item or gift. However, if you’re thinking of registering here for your shower, or ordering furniture and expecting items to be ordered, then shipped to you in a timely, professional or easy manner, DO NOT. They will mislead you. They will even blatantly lie to you if they have to.
Items on my registry arrived later than was promised to my guests who ordered them. I was told by the sales team at BB that the person in charge of shipping items is not very «reliable». Not to mention, BB charges for a card to be added to gifts shipped to the mama to be. When those «cards» came to me, they were messages printed on printer paper. I think it’s a rip off if my guests were charged for a «card». Some of my items came in the same box, from different guests. This does not seem appropriate especially if each of my guests are being charged for shipping. I questioned them on this and they had nothing to say except they weren’t sure why the person hired to ship online orders was doing this.
It took over 8 or 9 weeks to receive my stroller, ordered off of my registry. Quoted time was 2 — 4 weeks. When questioned about it, I believe BB fed me lies just to placate me. I was told the stroller was sent to wrong address by Uppa Baby, or that it was delivered but no one was at the store to sign for it, so it was sent back to the warehouse, or that the uppa baby sales rep gave wrong information to the sales manager at Bel Bambini. The same story happened after i made the mistake of ordering a stroller adapater from Bel Bambini. It’s been over 5 weeks of waiting for one. They quoted me 2 – 4. The BB manager kept blaming the delay on the Uppa Baby Sales rep. I finally called Uppa Baby directly and was informed that the story Bel Bambini gave me was not accurate and an adapter was never ordered. Either way, a customer should not have to follow up in such a manner.
Bel Bambini is a FAR cry from an upscale LA baby boutique and honestly, you can get almost anything they offer at Buy Buy Baby and let’s face it, why pay more when BBB offers 20% discounts. Any specialty item you want, such as furniture, rockers, etc, can be found at Juvenille shop in Sherman Oaks. Go there! I wish i had known about Juvenille Shop before I wasted my time at bel bambini.
Shame on the owner of Bel Bambini, Christina, for not stepping in and taking care of things. I’m sure her sales team is made up of lovely people, who really are the ones who get the brunt of poor management procedures b/​c they are the messengers who deal with angry customers.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Worst customer service. I ordered online on September 1. I received a confirmation email to indicate my order went through and explained I would get another email when my order was ready.
Two weeks passes and I called to see what the status was since I had not heard anything. A girl took message and said someone would call me back. That did not happen. So two days later I went in to the store. After waiting for 15 minutes someone finally helped me. The girl disappeared to look for the order for another 10 minutes only to come back to explain the order was not ready!
I should have asked for a refund and gone to Babies-​R-​Us then.
Two more weeks passes. Still no word. I call and email. The next day I was happy to get an email saying I could pick up the order! That was October 9 (the purchase happened Sept 1). I had to put more money in the meter TWICE because I’ve had to wait so long. Oh! And they didn’t have one of my items (they tried to give me the floor model that was covered in dust!!!).
This shop is a joke. I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped here. So disappointing considering the products they carry. This is the first and last time I will waste my time with them and I made sure to let everyone at the shower know (many of the guests said they had similar experiences and ended up going elsewhere).

Their customer service is really bad and they mislead people about when things will arrive. Imagine being a first time mom and having to wait weeks beyond what they told you.
I agree with a lot of the other reviews that the staff have low IQ’s. Also they will tell you that something is in stock and that it will be delivered within two weeks but that is usually far from the truth. They promise to look in to things and never call back. They ignore emails and are not responsive at all.
