Specialties
Italian for «beautiful babies,» Bel Bambini addresses a void in the infant, toddler, and maternity market: the need for a truly complete collection of luxury baby items combined with first-class service… a high-end baby boutique that also serves as a resource for maternity through the first years of motherhood.
Before Bel Bambini, discerning mommies had to choose between selection and the originality, charm, and style of boutique baby shops. If you wanted personal assistance and design that was ahead of the curve, you were left with a choice of only one or two items, generally either contemporary or traditional.
With Bel Bambini, savvy, sophisticated parents can find the hottest styles in apparel, the most imaginative in baby gear, goods, and nursery furniture that is functional, durable, and unique! Even more importantly, you can look to us as your one-stop parenting resource, providing you
with a complete range of in-store services.
History
Established in 2006.
Bel Bambini was born with the arrival of owner Kristina Lin’s twin daughters, Kassidy and Katherine. Already a working mother of one, Kristina had failed to find nursery furnishings for her first daughter that fit her modern tastes and stylish sensibilities, but that were also safe, extremely functional, and environmentally friendly.
With the birth of her twins, Kristina decided to take action by providing the solution herself.
A 15-year-veteran in the contemporary furnishings industry, Kristina committed to creating a one-stop shop for babies and parents. Opening its doors in December 2006, the result was a comprehensive selection of the coolest and most cutting-edge in high-quality baby and toddler items: apparel, books, toys, gear, feeding and care products, furniture, bedding, and everything else to design an upscale nursery.
