Burn 60 is a fun, effective, fast-paced interval workout for all fitness levels, combining the spirit of group fitness with personalized attention from a certified Burn 60 trainer. Our trainers format each class to progressively challenge all muscle groups and maximize calorie burn. No plateaus here! Based on our proven methodology, this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is guaranteed to deliver results. Each Burn 60 class is divided into treadmill cardio intervals and strength resistance training. Burn at your own pace. Every workout offers modified levels of walking, jogging or running complimented by targeted floor work using weights, bands, kettle bells, suspension training and other training equipment. Every class is different; a unique session to meet your individual fitness goals.
There is abundant free parking in the Pavilions Marketplace parking lot, no validation needed.

Established in 2005.
Burn 60 Studios owner Janet Crown proudly opened her first Burn 60 Studio over 10 years ago. She has since opened her second and third studio location in the Los Angeles area in 2015.
