You get 5 stars for your prices and selection but you only get 3 stars for the overall experience. Please hire someone who knows what you are selling. Thanks for the 10% discount on the over $ 100 purchase and for ordering my suggestion. I will be back!

I want to give 5 because it is my favorite smoke shop, good prices and friendly staff… But I have been waiting 30 minutes outside for them to open. The sign says open at 9am, what happened? Oh well, regretfully I will drive elsewhere.

This Cigar/cigarette shop has the nicest people in the planet! I think they are Syrians-But I know the owner personally and he treats you with kindness and he accepts all my CAMELCRUSH coupons!!! There is not a better smoke shop in the 50 mile radius or maybe 30 mile – lol

Best cigar shop in the whole neighborhood. Also cheapest cigarette prices this side of 7 Eleven. This area has lots of overpriced tobacco. Tinder Box, while cool in the westside, is a rip off here. And all the little stores along the street on SMB and Sunset have overpriced cigs(because they can), like $ 7 a pack. Which you can get for $ 4 a pack here. Cigar selection is huge and reasonable priced. Frequent deals like buy one get one. And wow, even customer service is good here. That doesn’t happen at cigar shops

Good cigars and proper humidor. Love the in-out speed of going in, selecting my stogie and getting out. They have a great selection and good prices. You guys do a good job and need more props from your customers!

First off let me address some of the negatives for stogie lovers like myself. 1) it is in West Hollywood, and WEHO laws dictate no smoking in public or any business establishments, and probably more than that. 2) in concordance with the aforementioned, this means that they do not have a smoking lounge. 3) It is on Santa Monica Blvd, and traffic flow on that street is horrible 24⁄7. However, I will not hold these things against them. This place’s walk in humidor is massive, with plenty of space to pack it with more cigars. The prices here are below average, i.e., Opus X @ $ 21, Montecristo #2 @ $ 14, Asthton(Torpedo) @ $ 16, Rocky Patel Edge @ $ 7, Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur @ $ 9, Nub @ $ 7.5…just to name a few. Also this place has a fair amount of smoking accessories unlike some places(Chivas of Pasadena), it isn’t crowded with accessories. In fact, they even carry the expensive $ 1000ST Dupont lighters(Soft flame, champagne noise making) at prices lower than usual, as well as the cheaper St Dupont torch flame lighters. For a cigar lover, this place is a near haven, even for cigarette smokers they have a huge selection of cigarettes. Worth visiting and seeing for yourself.
