DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT damaged my car and would not pay for it or provide insurance info. I went to their local office listed on their website and it was a mailbox at a UPS store. Their office in LA on 8605 Santa Monica Blvd is not an office. It is for Earth Class Mail. They are a mail processing company that provides mail delivery and an address for companies that don’t want or can’t have office space. If you have a problem in LA you have no one to go and speak to. Their phone numbers are redirected to Florida to their phone room. They would not talk to me about the damage that they caused to my vehicle. If you do business with them and have a problem and pay them up front, YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY. WOW, I guess I’m beat. I’m a senior citizen and can’t afford to fight them over $ 800.00. Marc Richardson is not to be trusted. His prices are also the highest. He is rude and unprofessional. The agreement he’ll ask you to sign states they’re not responsible for damage the size of, or smaller than a CREDIT CARD! In other words, they can punch the car, leave knuckles imprints and not be legally liable for it. There isn’t one legit positive review and even Marc will tell you to use a different site for better reviews. The site he recommends is bogus as fuck. NO THANKS!

I called this company looking to have them ship my car from Indiana to California. Once the date rolled around for them to pick up the car, I didn’t hear from them until an hour before they were supposed to pick it up and even then I finally got ahold of someone after calling three times. So at 4 o’clock I talk to someone and he says their truck broke down and I wouldn’t be able to get my car picked up. He was such a jerk on the phone, it was appalling. He hung up on me and spoke to me in such a condescending tone. This representative, Mark, was so unwilling to help when all I was looking for were answers and to figure out what was going on. It was such an awful experience. I recommend using any other company.
