Eric Nam – Prudential California Realty

I am a real estate broker in Northern California. Our daughter was searching for a condo is West Hollywood and we were lucky enough to be referred to Eric. Through my many years in real estate, I have never worked with a person more committed, honest, knowledgable, and of unparalleled integrity than Eric. He focused on our desires and showed us multiple properties. He always gave us a candid assessment of the properties and steered us to a wonderful property we ended up purchasing. Eric is a person and a professional that I would without hesitation recommend to anyone looking for a quality real estate professional in Los Angeles.

Last year, some relatives of mine needed help with house hunting since they did not live in Los Angeles. I asked around for some recommendations for real estate agents, met up with some at open houses, and ended up choosing Eric.
From the first time my relatives and I met up with Eric, he came prepared with printouts of listings organized in folders. He also always made sure we had bottled water to drink! My relatives were very pleased by his professional demeanor and his attention to detail. On top of that, because my relatives weren’t sure what location to focus on initially, Eric took the time to take us all over the place, and if you know LA and its surrounding cities, you know that it’s very spread out!
Something I learned about buying a home is that you really need to do it with someone you trust! Early on in our search, we saw an awesome condo where my relatives were tempted to make an offer but the price was definitely way out of their range. The condo had all the bells and whistles, plus it was brand new, but we weren’t quite sure about the location and location was definitely a priority. Anyway, Eric gave us his honest and professional opinion advising that it would not be worth the investment in the long run. As awesome as the condo was, we knew that Eric was right!
Anyway, in every step of the process, Eric was always very quick to address our issues and needs. For all the listings my relatives were unable to see in person, Eric always recorded video tours then promptly uploaded them online. He was so thorough with these video tours that even the listing agents would remark that they should start following Eric’s example.
After a few months of house hunting, we found an amazing condo for my relatives in an awesome location. Eric was able to help them negotiate a great deal (as a matter of fact, it was quite a steal) and he got them through the escrow process very quickly without them having to be here in LA. Now that a few months have passed, I can tell you that my relatives are definitely very happy about their purchase!
Having helped my relatives through this process, I actually learned a great deal about real estate from Eric… to the point that I’m considering a possible career in it! Haha! Well, if that actually happens, I’m pretty sure I’m going to start out by working for Eric! :P
Eric is awesome!

I came across Eric when he was helping my friend getting his first home. It was a long process due to the difficulty of the loan and appraisal process. I notice every time after my friend spoke to him over the phone, his smile would return to his face. That’s was such a relief since my friend nagging so much to me. A few times Eric even came over his house to help with the deliveries of the appliance and even wait for the home warranty representative. I have never seen a real estate agent doing so much to keep his client feeling great and worries free.

I’ve worked with Eric on two separate occasions now and I must say that he is a true class act. The first time I used his professional services, I was blown away with his impeccable attention to detail. He would bring charts, folders (customized with tabs), nicely bundled with every property we viewed which helped tremendously in the thought process behind each listing. The listings we chose were carefully selected with the feedback we would give Eric and I have to point out that he has incredible memory! Sometimes during our conversations he would recall things we did/didn’t like about the prior listings which helped put things in perspective so that we can stay on track. The whole process was seamless and I wondered if all real estate agents were this committed to their work. His attention to detail, patience, friendliness, and pure genuine class made a true impression on me.
Which led me to my 2^nd experience with Eric. This time around, we were in the market for a retail shop. I knew he wasn’t specializing in commercial listings but I trusted he could get us pointed in the right direction & put us in touch with a good commercial real estate colleague. That too turned out to be a home run but Eric didn’t just make the handoff and go his way. He made sure I was taken care of the entire process and would even come out to the viewings! I am truly honored to be the first review and I am certain there will be many many more positive reviews to come. Thanks again Eric!
