Spoke with Eyonna on the phone and could not believe how unprofessional everything was. No, wait !! I meant it was AMAZING ! I had my policy active within the hour and now I’m excited because now I can ram into any car and I’ll be FULLY covered — how fun is that ?!?
But seriously folks, definitely look into Fairfax for your insurance needs.

I found Fairfax insurance on Unilocal and one of the brokers Eyonna was very helpful and on top of things and very experience I recommend if anyone needs insurance go to Eyonna she is grade A and you can’t go wrong with her

I was referred to Fairfax Insurance after having a bad experience with my previous insurance guy who was kind of shady. My previous broker always wanted me to pay my insurance 6 months at a time vs. having auto-​pay set up and would not budge on this, which I found to be odd but I went with it. He explained that I would be saving money if I paid a lump sum vs breaking it down into monthly payments. While I appreciate saving a couple bucks here and there, I also appreciate less financial strain and when I told him I preferred autopay, he didn’t want to budge. It was just weird. After a few years of this a friend told me about Yuliya at Fairfax.
I shared my previous insurance broker experience with Yuliya. She was very gracious and didn’t badmouth my previous broker, which I very much appreciated. Yuliya was very straight-​forward, detail-​oriented and explained my options to me in the simplest way possible. It’s like night and day between her and my previous broker! Yuliya is just such a delight! In addition to her knowledgeability (is that even a word??) of insurance, she has a great personality and is very funny! I am so happy with Fairfax Insurance. They are absolutely amazing! I’ve never known service like this in my life! My agent, Eyonna, is the salt of the earth! She was so sweet, professional, and efficient. I recently contacted Fairfax Insurance to get an insurance quote for a newly acquired 6 unit building. Eyonna was the agent I worked with. She was very responsive to the urgency of the policy and honest from the start in what I should expect. The policy was bound in a matter of a couple of days and had all the coverage I needed. No hard sell from her, but rather a very pleasant experience. I will work with them again!

Yesterday, shortly before 5pm. I contacted eyonna Andreatte, the office manager for Fairfax insurance services In Santa monica for an SR22policy quote. She was so calm And patient with me as I struggled to comunicate on my cell phone while boarding the bus, losing reception twice, battery died, excessive backround noise and coaching me thru the application and payment process proffesionaly while I fumbled a number of times due to lack of experience. .at one point she transfered the call to her personal cell phone closed the office and continued the conversation while she was walking to her car. I now have the ins. Policy I need in order to renew my lic. And get back behind the wheel. I was truely amazed at how open minded, flexible and knowledgeable she was about overcoming distractions and obsticles in order to complete the process.
I am very grateful to have found this company on my google search.

Today has been a day of shopping for car insurance and I have come across some very difficult companies. All this company wanted to do is rip me off and charge me a huge broker fee of 400.00 I could not believe what I heard. Anyway just got so upset that I had to write a review about how such agents can take advantage of people. Call and see for yourself.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and PATIENT staff. Took the time to explain all my options and worked to find me the best deal for my auto insurance.
