Henry is a great guy — personable and fluent with his Company’s insurance products. Every time I meet with him in person I feel like a friend is helping me with my insurance needs. When I call his office, the agents are respectful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Moved my insurance to this State Farm office in January 2015. My State Farm rep, the only one that I talk to is Ashanti Ridgeway. Ashanti is very courteous, contentious and knowledgeable. If Ashanti does not know the answer she goes thru the proper channels to get the answer. Ashanti is a true professional that knows her stuff and has great customer service. If you want stellar service, give Ashanti Ridgeway a call. She is guaranteed to deliver!!!

Disappointed with StateFarm’s poor customer service and expensive polices.
You’re assigned one agent and you’re at the will of their schedule.
Took three days to cancel my renters policy because I could not get a call back. They each told me that Henry (assigned agent) is the ONLY one who could cancel your policy but good luck getting Henry on the phone. He’s never been available when I have called or returned any messages I’ve left.
State Farm touts their Customer service to sell you overpriced polices. It’s an empty promise.
I switched to Geico and have been completely satisfied with their customer service and prices. I now have an auto policy, renters policy and umbrella policy and paying WAY less. So happy!
I wrote this review while I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to Henry…

I have been with State Farm for years and this is without a doubt the most incomplete and poor service I’ve received. The office staff are constantly changing and they are not thorough when tasked with something very simple. Phone calls have not been returned and outdated information is sent when requested (ie replacement insurance cards). When my car was totaled, I practically had to explain the process to Henry and he wasn’t informed on what action steps to take. I will be finding a new State Farm insurance agent.

I’ve had my insurance with Henry’s Office for a few years and have always found him and his staff very responsive/​helpful. When I bought a new car a few years ago they were very helpful with telling me the cost to ensure the cars I was looking to buy. They always call me back within 24 hours (business) and of course the State Farm iPhone app to report problems 24 hours a day is a lifesaver! When I was recently in need of my office between Henry’s staff calling to check in and the assigned staff member I felt that I had someone in my corner to answer questions as well as to assist with getting a tow truck. Their new policy is that they will pay for a tow within 10 miles and had a list of repair shops that were State Farm approved to work with the policy. I recommend Henry and State Farm if your looking for a new insurance carrier.

I moved from out of state to LA a few months ago. Met with both Henry and Avery. Nice guys but ZERO results.
I had multiple issues regarding my billing and policy changes, after two months and many many attempts to request information from this office they provided nothing. Each time they would call me and tell me the information was on the way or the changes to the policy were made but these were all empty promises and no results.
Would not use or recommend. I’m changing agents and might leave State Farm altogether.
Both of them are nice, remember your last vacation and anniversary but other then being chatty and friendly… they will be of NO help.

I have been using Henry’s office for my insurance needs since I moved to L.A. 4 years ago. Recently, I was in a car accident and I am so glad I have State Farm Insurance. They took care of everything quickly. Henry called me himself to make sure I was okay and to personally answer any questions — which I had many of since it was my first accident. All of the reps I spoke with in the claims department were great. I would highly recommend Henry’s office for auto, home and personal insurance.
