History

Established in 2008.

We started out in the professional community and as ordinary clients, looking to hire an architect/​engineer and contractor for our home construction and remodeling project. We were constantly battling with both the contractors and architects, which felt like they were not listening and not giving us what we want.

Unfortunately, we found a series of poor craftsmanship, engineering and architectural and a need for impressive service that clients can rely on. Other companies are taking deposits and then closing up shop, or giving clients poor service and poor advice. We saw an opportunity to provide clients with exceptional servicing guiding them through the entire process from the preliminary ideas/​design phase, obtaining city permits and full support during the construction phase liaising with the contractors/​city officials to ensure quality finished project.

I started this business in 2008 then I saw an opportunity when I myself hired a contractor and an architect. My experience was so horrible that I decided to open my own design build firm specializing in architectural design, structural engineering and construction that is done all in house, which translates to savings for our clients.
