Our Executive Chef offers diners imaginative, award-winning cuisine with a fashionable Mediterranean slant, classic French undertones, and other world influences. Menus feature foods created from the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients and offer diners something to satisfy every taste. Current offerings include savory soups, crisp, garden fresh salads, sumptuous sandwiches, gourmet pastas and entrees ranging from seafood to steak to fowl. Exceptional «specials,» which change from day to day depending upon whatever is available direct from the market, are also offered.

Established in 2005.
The hotel’s recently remodeled restaurant, Knoll at Le Parc, is a stylish and intimate bistro-style restaurant resembling a cozy living room. It features a separate plush and ambient bar stocked with fine wines and champagnes, representing mostly California varietals, and premium name-brand spirits. Dishes, cutlery, glasses and table linens are all first quality, with fresh flowers, attractively displayed on each table.
