«I have this review under my friends account since i am a fairly well known actor and don’t want any controversy surrounding my career. I will tell you simply. This agency is the kind of place where instead of representing the talent’s best interests, they put their own egos first and treat you so impersonally and expendable its practically demoralizing. They are new and seem extremely inexperienced in the ways of getting things done, and what is worse, is that they have such a fear based „come from“ that instead of standing behind their talent, at least in my experience, they cower to every casting agent, producer, and are just, in my opinon exactly what is wrong with the new wave of entertainment industry people who claim to be professionals. Anyone can get a talent license nowadays and get access to breakdown services. 95% of the things that they sent me out for, (when they even sent me out), were so far beneath the level of things i had done in the past, that it was insulting. When confronted, they react like people who have no idea what they are doing. kinda like they are faking it til they are making it. Their current roster doesn’t have anyone of record that gives them any weight, or credibility, and honestly, they are extremely rude and self important, not the way you would think an agent would be pushy and trying to sell their clients, but almost bullying to the talent they represent, constantly sending mass emails to all their talent, like its the girls scouts, reminding EVERYONE of some obvious thing in the most condescending way, obviously because it is their passive aggressive way of NOT simply talking to the one person it was directed at in any direct manner. The women who are the owners simply remind me of middle aged angry ex wives of average dudes who simply could not take it anymore. In Hollywood, everyone is looking for an opportunity, and if this is your only option, make sure you do alot of tiptoeing around and ass kissing unless you want to get scolded like a child, as they love to misdirect whatever is going on with them personally towards the talent they represent. People should remember which side their bread is buttered on, since without actors, agents have nothing to represent, They should treat their actors like a stable of athletes they are grooming for the olympics, or at least like human beings who deserve respect. If you are looking to be a random extra in a commercial, Lovestone could be good for you, but if you are looking to do anything theatrically, you should definitely look elsewhere. I think these guys are so intimidated by any REAL Hollywood castings, that they rarely step outside of their comfort zone.»
