Dr. Michael L Close began working at this clinic in 2000 where he treated patients and managed the practice. In 2005 he purchased the practice from the doctor he was working for and established the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center in 2007, integrating other holistic practitioners into the practice.

After completing his undergraduate education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1995, Dr. Michael Close was accepted and completed the Chiropractic program at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic). In December of 1999, Dr. Close was licensed as a chiropractor in the State of California. Since then he has practiced full time in the Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and San Fernando Valley areas. Dr. Close is the owner and practicing chiropractor at the Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center in West Hollywood, CA, since 2005. He is Board certified and licensed to practice in the state of California since 1999 and is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the California Chiropractic Association.
