Specialties

RH restaurant and bar showcases the menus of Executive Chef Pierre Gornes, who previously worked at highly acclaimed restaurants in Beverly Hills and France. Now his Southwestern French cuisine featuring California’s freshest ingredients is prepared in an exciting culinary setting — the 1,515-square-foot exhibition-style open kitchen. Private dining is also available for up to 12 people along an expansive 400-bottle wine wall. The eclectic wine list features 70 varieties of California and French small-lot, hand-crafted boutique wines. RH’s overall ambiance is elegant and refined, yet casual and comfortable, with a fresh and lively mid-century vibe. It is open daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For reservations, please call (323) 785‑6090.

Meet the Manager

Pierre G.

Manager

In Pierre’s own words: «I always knew that I wanted to be a chef. Growing up my father had two passions, food and wine. This influenced me at an early age. I first started in the bakery and then realized I wanted to take over the whole kitchen. I have had many mentors who have influenced my cooking style. Sebastien Archambault, RH’s previous executive chef, I learned a great deal from. He and I had a similar philosophy for food, delicious food starts with good produce and ends with good execution and respect for what you are cooking. He was a huge influence on my cooking style and approach to kitchen and restaurant management. I’ve had wonderful opportunities. I’ve worked with several Michelin star-rated chefs including Jean-François Piège, Alain Ducasse and Claude Taffarello. Now I’m striving to earn my own stars and hope guests of RH enjoy the meals I have created.»
