Business Owner
Stacy Blackman has been consulting on the MBA application process since 2001. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and her BS from the Wharton School at the University of Penn. Stacy has worked with the admissions committees at both schools
After Wharton, Stacy began working in finance at the Prudential Capital Group and transitioned into a career in marketing after Kellogg (subsequently working in marketing roles at companies such as Charles Schwab, idealab! and Haagen Dazs). Through her work in marketing, Stacy identified similarities between traditional marketing and admissions strategy. She has developed a highly effective approach to marketing her clients successfully to top MBA programs.
Stacy has published The MBA Application Roadmap, and is the Back to B-school blogger for CBS Interactive’s BNET website. Stacy has been profiled in publications including Fortune Magazine, BusinessWeek and the Wall Street Journal.
