Jackie has been very accomodating and communicative with me throughout my shopping experience at Tags (both online and in store). She has a beautiful selection of clothes and accessories including not only shoes & bags but also beautiful & interesting jewelry, hats, belts, scarves and some great smelling candles. My one concern is online prices were reduced (sometimes significantly) from in the store prices I paid and it would have been nice to be informed about the markups, especially since I purchased over $ 1000 in merchandise. So now you know. Pay attention before making any purchases so as not to have to go through the hassle of returning and reordering items. Sales girls are attentive and sweet, offered me water and helped me make decisions about final purchases. Whenever I had more than one item in my hand they promptly noticed & added it to the fitting room. They also went out of their way to make sure my phone was charged since I rely on my phone for transportation (über). Overall very positive experience– Ill be back once I make some more money

I seriously do not understand why people shop here when you have a bevy of stores (much better in assortments and staff) right down the street. Even the Beverly Center is better than this store. Save your money, energy, and time– go elsewhere.

Tags Is the most honest and professional Veterinary clinic I have ever had the pleasure to know. Family owned and operated since opening, Dr. Donahue is nothing short of genius. His insight and extensive medical history in several fields makes Dr. Donahue one of the most knowledge veterinarians I have ever known. Recently my dog was injured during one of our visits to the park. Frantic worried mom I am, I sought immediate attention at two different vets in my area. (I recently moved to San Diego.) After getting the run-​around from my local vets, and opinions of exploratory (extremely expensive) surgery, I decided to drive 200 miles to the only vet I trust.
Dr. Donahue knew immediately that she did not require surgery, and instantly recognized the issue at hand. He didn’t need X-​rays or surgery to tell me exactly what was wrong, and helped her recovery immediately.
I can go on for hours. But the moral of my story is that no other vet is as educated, insightful, and honest as Tags. No matter how far I move, I will always go to the people I know and trust to care for my baby.

This place has very bad customer service. I went shopping there over holiday and had a horrible experience with the service and the fake and rude employees who seem to think they are better then their shoppers. Do they understand WE are the ones who PAY them. Never again, and I find it interesting that all the negative reviews are hidden and not included in the stores overall rating. They must pay for this service because it is very evident that they are a bad business. I searched to late, should of searched prior to shopping also saw their F rating on Better Business Bureau, again, to little to late once you have the awful experience and the damage is done.

This place has some truly awesome and unique items. Love their jeans selection as well. Staff members have been friendly and helpful every time that I’ve been there– they are always willing to take time to get you the best possible look.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about TAGS for a while now. First the good: TAGS has some hip clothes – pricey but good selection. Right across courtyard to Equinox gym [to which I belong] & convenient when in need of a nice outfit. Now the bad: Customer service.
Here’s where the trouble started: This past Nov 2013, I went to TAGS to see if they had any casual jackets I could gift my husband for xmas. I was just intending to look. I did find a jacket I liked & told the salesgirl that I was gonna wait & think about it b/​c this lightweight jacket was pricey at $ 320 [pricier than I would normally probably consider for such an insubstantial jacket]. Salesgirl: «we just got these in & we only have 2 left – they won’t last!» Me: «well, I am thinking of waiting b/​c you will probably have pre-​xmas/​black friday sale.» Salesgirl: «oh no, this jacket is DEFINITELY not going on sale b/​f christmas.» Me: «ok, i guess I will get it now. I am not sure it will fit or that he will like it. Is there any problem with returns?» Salesgirl: «no problem, he can exchange after christmas if he does not like it or it does not fit well.»
Of course, 3 weeks later, blackfriday, huge sign in TAGS’ window «30% entire store.» I immediately bring the jacket back to the store, with receipt & ask for the 30% discount, particularly given the assurances given me by salesgirl earlier in Nov! The salesman working that day says «nope, I can’t give you the 30% discount» so I say I want to return the jacket so I can buy a jacket in the store that is 30% off. Salesman: «nope, you can’t return the jacket b/​c it’s been longer than 2 weeks since you purchased it.» WHAT THE WHAT? So, not only had I purchased a jacket I had been told would definitely NOT be going on sale prior to xmas & it did, but now I’m being told that the return policy I had specifically asked/​been told about [“no problem exchanging jacket after christmas”] was also incorrect? I was very vexed, particularly since I could have saved approx $ 100 had I waited, as my instincts told me to do, until later.
I ask to speak to the manager bc I’m sure, given what a good customer Ive been [I am the IDEAL customer– I had already spent a lot of money at TAGS over 2 years & intended to spend more] & the unfairness of the whole situation, immed apologies/​remedy would soon follow. Not so much. The manager [whose email I was given b/​c she was not available to speak & I was assured email was the speediest way to reach her] never answered either of my emails. Eventually she called – long after sale was over and after I had called the store several times – and was unhelpful/​vague about the whole problem. She did not seem to have any authority to offer a solution. Eventually, I spoke to the owner of the store, who was ungracious and defensive about what had happened. She took no responsibility for what her salesgirl had told me & seemed kind of mad at me for expecting the store to stand behind its employee’s words. I told her: «if your salesgirl told me incorrect information then it is incumbent on you to honor it – it not my fault she answered incorrectly. It is the store’s responsibility particularly since I conditioned my purchase on the answer to these 2 questions & trusted the response.» The owner was adamant that there was only a 2 week window to return merchandise. I asked her how anyone could be expected to buy holiday gifts at her store given this very restrictive return policy. Eventually she said my husband would be allowed to exchange the jacket after xmas but that there was no way she would give me the 30% discount. Then she offered to send me a $ 50 gift certificate as recompense. While this is only half of what I felt was fair, I appreciated that she relented & was allowing only my husband this one time window to exchange after xmas [so be warned: don’t buy your gifts at TAGS more than two weeks prior to gifting!!], but she was also offering some $$. But, def a bad taste in my mouth b/​c my only crime was an attempt to spend more $$ in her store & she was so grudging & bad humored.
Eventually I receive the $ 50 gift certificate, which is in fact 2x$ 25 gift certs. I go in the store some time after & want to purchase 3 items, for approx $ 150 dollars. I hand over the 2 gift certificates. Salesgirl: «you are only allowed to use one $ 25 gift certificate.» Again, WHAT THE WHAT? I point out it does not say that anywhere on the gift cert. She shrugs & says «sorry.» So, I say: «Ok, I will buy one item with one gift cert & leave other stuff on hold & then walk out/​walk back in & buy other 2 items & use other gift cert.» Absurdly, I do this & she says «sorry, I can’t do it.» I am thinking, this makes no sense whatsoever. I just leave the stuff there & walk out. I vowed that no matter how cute TAGS merch is, it’s DEFINITELY not worth the weird, belligerent, defensive, expensive hassle of dealing with the owner & her inconsistent returns & customer service policies.

I want to personally take some time out to thank TAGS for their participation and involvement in A Brighter Future for Children charity fundraiser this past weekend. Thanks to supporters and donors like you all, we were able to raise some wonderful funds and supporters of the Audrey Hepburn CARES Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. There is a need for sponsors and supporters everywhere so I encourage you to continue helping the world one person at a time. Everyone loved their swag bags! Again, the Dream Builders Project thanks you, I thank you, and the children of the CARES center thanks you. Look forward to changing the world with you again in the near future :)

The best clothing curator I’ve seen. Gorgeous finds, priced accordingly. Service was very friendly. I suppose one star is lost because the sales were still at the $ 75 – 100 price point. When perusing $ 400+ items, sometimes you just want a serious lucky find. No such thing here. Still worth the visit.

This cute West Hollywood boutique is chock full of all the goodies you need to look like a cool LA girl! Great selection of Chelsea Flowers, Haute Hippie, J Brand, and a host of smaller lesser-​known lines.
The sales help was lovely (shout-​out to Kevin and Kylie!). If you Unilocal checkin you’ll receive an immediate 10% discount (which basically covers the sales tax)
NOTE: all the merchandise is also available on their website BUT the actual store does NOT offer the same sale pricing…(makes no sense) so if you want the sale-​priced stuff, u need to order online.

I get my hair cut at Jeffery Kara located right across from this store. It almost went unnoticed to me, I passed by it twice before realizing it was a store! I thought maybe it was part of H&M? I don’t know… just oddly tucked in. Anyways, I was immediately greeted by Nicole (?) a very sweet, red head girl. I was kind of confused because there is regular stuff like Current Elliot denim but there also seemed to be some vintage-​y stuff? Hmmm… I did stumble upon some jeans and an LNA t-​shirt that I liked. Nicole was very helpful and brought me a few other things to try on. I did end up with the jeans and tee and I am wearing them as I type. I would stop in next time I am getting my hair cut but I wouldn’t make a special trip here like I would to Calypso just down the street.

After my previous review, I got a somewhat terse message from a Jessica F. (listed as the store’s owner): «I apologize if you felt that your shopping experience was less than glorified fulfillment. We are a large store and for this reason, often endeavor to make the customer feel catered to. I apologize if this was misinterpreted.» She extended an offer for 10% off my next purchase, which I chose not to take her up on.
So, I stopped in for the second time today, to redeem one of my two Groupon vouchers (I got a refund for the other). I didn’t feel quite as watched this time, but this staff is very much the hovering sort. I always got about 1.5 minutes of browsing before another salesperson would stop by to ask me a question, or ask if I wanted to ask them a question, or point out something, or tell me some backstory about an item. I tried to be politely standoffish, but eventually had to give in to their style and be a chatty Cathy.
Okay, beyond that, as I said in my previous review: this is high-​end casual wear. There’s an apothecary section with mostly mid-​to-​high-​end candles. There are some more mid-​range apparel pieces, mostly in the sale section, but you’re mostly dealing with the pricey stuff here (I found an $ 855 pair of pants and more than a few $ 200ish t-​shirts). Preference and budget aside, I truly don’t feel as though their ambiance and service are in line with the price point. Clearly they have some very impressively happy customers responding on Unilocal,so far be it for me to tell anyone to skip it – these are just my impressions.

LiveOnSunset is far superior to most department stores. The store is beautiful and kept in pristine condition — you hardly ever see things messy or unfolded. It has a great layout and everything is organized by an obvious person with a great eye for fashion. So it is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for if you are pressed for time as well as grab some really cool and attractive items. There are also many knowledgable salespeople on the floor, that can directly coincide with the merchandise… right there on the spot.
I LOVE the selection — LiveOnSunset has everything you could possibly want! It’s the only place I go for jeans since they have every cut and style I can imagine and all the latest trends. This store in particular has a huge selection of in style items, along with many of these design brands placed in throughout the store that makes buying the clothes even more desirable. Who ever designs the clothing bay ends should work in a museum. It is that great. LiveOnSunset has a very peaceful shopping environment, especially compared to the noisy chaos, annoying people, and disorganization that is overwhelming at Macys, Nordstrom, and Bloomies. At LiveOnSunset, people are there not to hang out or wander through aimlessly, but to SHOP. And it’s right on Sunset a great location. Love it! Love the design of the clothes in the store. LOVE shopping at LiveOnSunset. As well as one of the employees who is always very professional and helpful… name J.J. Dubon.
UPDATE ON MY REVIEW:
I would like to ad that I sent the above information as a letter to the owner through an employee of the store. The owner then gave me an offer of a 20 percent discount on my next purchase from the store. That was very nice of the owner and I do appreciate the thought. I will surely come in and purchase at least 500 dollars of textiles in order to use my 20 percent discount as soon as possible. That would only be fair.
Once again… great store and great quality items. I also would like to say you have some really cool scented candles that I use in my office and home.

I’m so glad I found this place. My recent obsession with Superdry has led me to this store. They have the largest selection of Superdry for both men and women I have ever seen.

I love this store.
The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and you find really unique and great things here.
They have an apothecary section, men’s and women’s clothing and great accessories and jewelry. They currently have a popup shop by the brand Superdry which is the best selection of the UK brand in LA!
They even have a Buddha bar in the back! Check it out

Amazing clothes without the pretentiousness of Beverly Hills. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knows their merchandise. I was looking at necklaces, and they were telling me about the designer, etc.
Ample parking, they get new stuff in every weekday. I am in love with this store.
