Well, this review is for what it was back in the late 90/​s & early 00’s…great, dark, small club with an amazing DJ (Dawna Montell) who rocked the HOUSE with her funky/​soulful party tunes… you never got there until 1am or so (after last call) so most of the patrons were on their own ‘medications’ to keep the party going well into Sunday (myself included LOL… lots of fun, miss it terribly. Oh well.

OK, nothing more, you know, nothing special. No offense. I hit this bar on my nights out just for the freak of it. Kind of fun to watch the sexy guy videos at the ends of the bar while you have a conversation with somebody.

This once-​notorious after-​hours club catered to the heavy-​duty, rough-​and-​tumble leather crowd. .. and I don’t mean the Gucci and Pucci variety, ma’am. After a major makeover, it re-​emerged as a nice neighborhood nightspot, complete with fresh-​cut flowers in oversized vases, a DJ booth, and a mirrored dance floor. So long, hunky Daddy-​types, hello drag queens and young straights into the goth scene. They still host gay nights, but the guys who show up tend to be wearing — of all things — Gucci and Pucci. After such a dramatic redo, why keep the old name? It only serves as a sad reminder of better days.
