West Hollywood Florist

Today was my first time using West Hollywood Florist, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience.
The customer service, from Dan specifically, was outstanding, and that means a lot to me. Dan offered me seemingly unlimited options for arrangements, colors, sizes, etc, so West Hollywood Florist can make whatever you’re looking for.
Besides the fantastic customer service and the vast options for arrangements, the store is also able to deliver your beautiful flowers any day, any time.
This is a fantastic florist, and I will DEFINITELY be back. :)
(PS. While you’re waiting, The Continental Kitchen has great food and Tasty Donuts and Café has some tasty treats. You can’t go wrong.)

Way OVER PRICED and TERRIBLE arrangement. I needed flowers to make up for an argument with the wife and these flowers made things worse. Not joking. Guy in store was nice enough but apparently didn’t know much about flowers. CAUTION.

Once again I contacted Michael and Dan and needed something asap for my anniversary that was right around the corner. The surprise was supposed to consist of a present I purchased online and something to wow my wife of 8 years away. The online present fell through due to internal issues. So now I was stuck. I couldn’t get her exactly what I wanted and started to explain the guys at the flower shop. As far as they go they have never once under did them selves each and every time the service and quality are beyond what expected. So I thought I would share the issue knowing the flowers would be awesome but I still needed something else and not enough time. After speaking to Dan then Michael they went above above what they usually do. Offering me whatever I wanted or needed they would pick me up. So we settled. A huge huge huge I mean huge monster of an arrangement plus a 3.5 foot bear and a gogeous bottle champagne. Not the cheap stuff either. And of course how can you forget the load of chocolates!!! I mean 8 years being together… common. as usual the delivery was made as promised without any flaws… the wife… well her she simply didn’t know what to do or say as there were 2 deliver guys bringing this monster inside!!! Dan Mike. West hollywood florist!!! Thank you so so much for making my anniversary something to remember for the rest of our lives… only BAD PART… IDK HOW THE HELL I’M GOING TO TOP IT NEXT YEAR!!!

Helpful. Friendly. Affordable. Customer Service oriented. Boom. In and out

Took a picture of a tall reed arrangement I wanted for my living room. I supplied the vase and WHF supplied the tall reeds. They followed the design I had provided exactly as pictured and the end product came out perfect. All the people working in the store are very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Although I AM known to stop and smell a rose or 2, I don’t often go to a proper florist for a bouquet. Usually because I don’t have «flowers» in my budget. ;) But this place has changed my mind… When I wandered into this unassuming flower shop (thanks to my maps app), I was surprised to find very reasonable prices for some amazing arrangements in a hurry. Beautiful flowers, reasonable arrangements, and some really rare flowers as well, not to mention people who are VERY passionate AND knowledgeable about flowers in general.
Dan (if I remember his name correctly) was extremely helpful, and his mom (I think it is a family run shop) was sweet and gave me a special price on some orchids that had everyone at the mother’s day party in AWE… literally (yes, it has taken some time to write this review).
The kicker… Dan’s (?) Grandma even INSISTED… in her cute broken English, to help me to the car to ensure that my arrangements were positioned in such a way that would not be compromised. Awesome experience, over-​the-​top service, and smiles all around. Will definitely be back should the occasion arise and I am in the area. Well-​done you guys!

Where do I even begin, Dan is the man. He goes above and beyond to make sure your desires are met. Been ordering with him for over a year now and plan to do so for many years to come. Dan retains his clientele doesn’t worry about making a sale but going to extraordinary lengths

Ordered from here for the first time recently and definitely wont be the last!!! My arrangement was taken by Dan, who takes customer service to whole other level. He was so thorough I was overwhelmed and so appreciative. It’s great knowing there are businesses out there that take pride and invest time in making every order best for the customer. Ordered on line and West Hollywood Florist really came through. Beautiful selection of lush roses.

OUTSTANDING service!!! They went above and beyond to insure delivery to a patient in the hospital — and the flowers were AWESOME.

Still looking like a rerun of Falcon Crest, this place is nonetheless banging out lush beautiful flowers. This huge funeral arrangement looks suited to a celebrity six-​feet-​under.

Delivery was on time and clean.
Flowers are just ok, nothing like WOW but ok
location is very central if you want to go there but if ordering over the phone or on line you can get much more bang for your buck from others.

Just place is a hidden neighborhood gem!
Gone are the days of the old school Weho flower shop run by sneering homophobic Russians. Check out the new West Hollywood Florist that I’m now calling The Empty Vase without the EMPTY WALLET!
Check out my pics of a few arrangements that I happened into across the street from the creaky, scary Gold Coast done up for Halloween, one hopes. I feel like a traitor telling you this, but these Russians are turning out as wonderful flowers as even us gays. Seriously! Let’s get with it Mo’s I shall be crucified for this tomorrow I fear.
Anyway, the hip ginger grandson of the founder is renovating the place into everything a flower shop Mid-​Weho needs, and the joint looked like a rerun of Dynasty not three months ago. So forget those DECADES OLD UnilocalS.
Daddy couldn’t resist the tropicals that sell for twice as much close by. Also the roses were stunning and would love it if someone sent me some.

Super nice family business who actually care for their customers! I have never seen roses so beautiful. The prices are great as well! Any kind of arraignments or custom jobs there service never fails to impress! Funerals to weddings they will help make your event something special. Or help your family transition through hard times by creating something truly special for their passing.

This florist has excellent customer service and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and that your order is perfect. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, staying within my budget, and on time delivery for my friends on their special day. Always a risk when ordering across the country when all my family is in CA, they really impressed me. This will always be my go-​to florist! Highly recommend!

The West Hollywood Florist team was able to get a floral delivery for the next day quickly and efficiently. They were able to deliver as promised at a specific time. The flower arrangement was a good size and a good value and I would order again from the West Hollywood Florist.

After meeting me only once, Dan surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet of birthday flowers! I’ve never received flowers on my birthday before, nor was I planning to this year, and Dan’s kindness and effort that he put into arranging this assortment has brought me enough joy to get through the remainder of my birthday at work. I highly recommend this thoughtful, thorough, and professional Florist.

Ive order flowers from this shop 3 – 4 times now, girlfriends, sisters, mom etc.
Each time the bouquets are just amazing and for the price, its one of the best places in LA. As far as the service they retreat me with respect and i feel like they are here to help.
One year i wanted to order some blue roses for a girlfriend, they didn’t have them in stock and my girlfriends birthday was the next day. They came thru my girlfriend got her blue roses on her birthday.

I had a horrible experience with this florist. I was sick in bed for days and ordered a bouquet online for delivery to my best friend who had been helping me recover.
The florist never delivered the bouquet I ordered nor did they call me about any issues. I called their 24hr hotline about 10 times over an 8hr period and no one answered. I finally got through to someone but the representative was in a foreign country and communication was near impossible. He told me the manager would call me, but the manager never called. I sent my boyfriend down the street (they are only 5 blocks from my house) to pick something up because I was to sick to do it myself (which was why I was paying for the delivery in the first place). They gave him a bouquet there but it was a completely different arrangement than what I had ordered — not to mention it was about $ 50 less expensive.
