History

Established in 1975.

We started out as a full-​service plumbing and heating business in July of 1975. Gathering momentum during the energy crisis of that time period, we quickly garnered customers who were looking for honesty and reliability. Oft-​times we expressed the desire to give the homeowner peace of mind in maintaining their home’s mechanicals at an optimum operating level; while keeping energy costs down. As time progressed, we added air-​conditioning and waterproofing to our ‘repertoire.’

I have operated Bart Fey HVAC and Waterproofing for many years. It was readily apparent that people expected complete honesty when it came to the up-​keep of their home’s mechanical systems. I have kept abreast of the latest new equipment updates over the years from the major equipment manufacturers. Utilizing the knowledge garnered from several technical universities, has served our company well. I graduated in the top 1% of the technicians attending. We have many years of practical experience on many types of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. This serves our customer’s needs very well when it comes to providing people with the cost saving measures available today. Our technicians are friendly and very thorough, and will never sell you something that is not absolutely necessary. We pride ourselves in integrity.
