History

Established in 1989.

The Coulsons had a large Real Estate Business and a Furniture Store when this property was purchased for Furniture Storage. After requests from students they started building new self storage units each year. Auto, Boat, and R-​V storage was also requested. Over the years automatic gates for 24hour access, lighting, and video cameras have been added, Recently an automated Kiosk was added for Rentals and Payments. A few temperature controlled units have also been added. Portable units are available by special request. The Staff can be very helpful in assisting on sizes and special requests. Appointments can be made upon request.

John C.

Manager

John is a graduate of West Lafayette High School and attended Vincennes University. He has experience in all phases of house and apartment construction and maintenance. He has managed rentals of both residential and commercial properties. He has managed all the construction and maintenance of the storage facility including the electronics.
