Once Upon a Cupcake

Um, can I just say that these were THE best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. My husband surprised me with adorable cupcakes for my birthday party last week — two flavors — one was a tropical and another with Bailey’s Irish Cream. Seriously, these things are ungodly. The tropical was my favorite and I am salivating just thinking about it. I’m pretty certain it had pineapple in the middle? There were toasted coconut shavings on top. The cake was THE moistest. I seriously couldn’t be more impressed. After numerous friends being married and going on cake and cupcake tasting tours, I would not even think to pass these ones by. Maybe they’ll get into cake making too. I’m not a baker so I have no idea if it’s a totally different scenario or what but now after talking about it, I need a cupcake!
