Our services include: installation, proactive maintenance, server configuration and management, remote backup services, remote monitoring, virus and other malicious software removal and protection, firewalls, routers and general computer and network trouble-​shooting and repair.

We also provide service to home and home office users with on-​site service (in our local area), in shop repair and remote repair and/​or maintenance if appropriate.

History

Established in 1993.

The business originated as The Computer Lady and morphed into TCL Technologies, LLC in 2010. It has been owned and operated by Beverly Kile since it’s inception. Prior to starting The Computer Lady, computers had been a hobby while Beverly spent her days as an executive in the banking industry. This business background makes her highly aware of the problems small businesses face and it is her goal to take care of their computer and technology issues, so the business owner can take care of their business. She is extremely aware of the cost of computer down– time and works toward maintaining the computers and network to keep the system running smoothly.

Manager

Todd has been employed by The Computer Lady for the past ten years and is the head technician. He is A+ certified and is currently working on becoming network and security certified. He is highly competent and efficient.
