Everyone here is extremely friendly! I have brought a comforter, a wool jacket, and jeans that needed a hole repaired here and I have never been disappointed.

I came into the store with this raggedy, white blouse that I had gotten about 3 years earlier. Also, an accent button on my sleeve had fallen off, I brought it in to see if it was fixable, the friendly lady at the counter told me that she could sew it on for me. I came back about 3 days later to pick up my blouse which now looked brand new, like the day I bought it. I would totally recommend this place if you are nearby.

I’d give this place less than one star if I could. I brought my brand new dress from the black and white store to this dry cleaner that I had only worn twice and never had it dry cleaned before! It came back dingy grey! I immediately said, «what did you do to my dress?» They said that’s how it was when I brought it in. I had to bring them proof of purchase that I just bought it and that in no way did I wear my dress out like it looked. It was brand new! They said they would replace the dress and I would get a call back from the owner. The owner never called, and when I called and finally was able to get a hold of him after a couple of weeks of calling he told me they would not replace my dress. This place was ridiculous! What’s even worse is I was at my alteration place in lake o and a woman came in crying because this same place messed up her alterations on her bridesmaid dress. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Too many good dry cleaners out there to get your stuff ruined by this place.
