History

Established in 2014.

The Global Voice Acting Academy was founded by Cristina Milizia, a 24 year veteran Voice Over Talent and Professional VO Coach. The organization was created to bring together the very best and most experienced experts in the Voice Over Industry today. Founded on the principles of collaboration and community, the GVAA’s mission is to provide the highest level of voice over education and services through the collective efforts of our world class specialists.

Meet the Business Owner

Cristina M.

Business Owner

Cristina Milizia has been professional voice talent for over 23 years. Beginning her career at the age of eight, she has recorded for hundreds of toys, mobile game apps, e-​learning platforms, commercials, video games & audiobooks. She is most well known for her characters «Annie, Amumu, & Nunu the Yeti Rider» for League of Legends, as well as «Marisol Coxi «on Monster High.

Cristina Milizia currently works as a full time Voice Over Artist & is the Owner/​Founder & Creative Director of the Global Voice Acting Academy Inc. She specializes in teaching VO for toys, gaming platforms, children’s media, animation, & video games.

Cristina’s experience includes working as Voice Talent Coordinator & Localization Expert for Creativity Inc (2003 – 2008). Collaborating with clients such as Hasbro, Mattel, & Disney Character Voices, Cristina’s extensive knowledge of the casting world is an experience she now uses to help coach other VO talent.
