At Aunt Faye’s Dog Training our goal is to help your dog become the dog you have always wanted. One that is polite when guests and family arrive for visits & holiday celebrations, and can go lay down on his bed while dinner is being served instead of being locked up somewhere or put outside. A dog that is a pleasure to walk and can play ball off leash and come back when he is called. We train adult dogs as well as puppies. We help solve behavior problems such as door bolting, counter surfing and jumping on everyone. We offer training plans that include private lessons, group classes and board and train programs. We serve Sidney, Troy, Tipp City, Dayton & parts of Cincinnati.

History

Established in 1996.

Aunt Faye’s Dog Training was founded in 1996 to provide dog owners with a resource for solving problems with their dogs. After 10 years working in a vet office, seeing owners doing the best they could with a problem dog and not having a lot of success, Faye decided to attend an accredited dog training school and educate herself on how to train as well as how to deal with behavior problems. She continues to learn from other experts in the field of dog training, achieving certifications from several training schools as well as attending workshops and seminars across the country with retriever trainers, trick & stunt dog trainers, agility, scent work, herding, fly ball & disc dog as well as aggression experts and protection dog trainers. We feel there is always something new to learn and ways to teach owners how to have fun with their dogs.
