I usually do my nails myself if I’m lazy I’ll go to a salon. I’ve gone here a few times before, Only because it’s close to my house and it’s never that busy. Usually they are friendly and somewhat clean.
The last 2x I visited I wasn’t to pleased with their customer service. The first time was a Friday it was 5pm I walked in and requested a mani pedi. They said it was 1hr wait. But I was in a rush and couldn’t wait. I saw 2 workers sitting down with no clients therefore I request just a mani, thinking they would be able to take me sooner. (There was no such luck) so I walked out.
The second time was this past Saturday at 5:30’ish I requested a mani pedi and I was told they are closing. I walked out thinking «that was odd because on Unilocal it says they close at 7pm on a Saturday».
I went to another salon on Broadway who closes at 7pm. They took me in with no problem and I saw them take all clients in till the last hour.
I managed a customer service call center for over 10 years, so customer service is very important to me. Specially when it comes to handling food or parts of my body. Because of this I was able to find a nail salon that cares more therefore I won’t be visiting again.

Close to my house so dropped in on a Tuesday at noon for a pedicure. It was nothing more than a polish change. Did not trim one bit of cuticle, did not even run the file over the toe areas. Had to request she at least do that. Did not TOUCH the foot whatsoever during the «massage» which lasted forty five seconds per leg. My feet are not problematic whatsoever, I have pedicures weekly and thought I would give this place a try. If you do not even know how to give a HALF ASSED pedicure you should not be giving any at all. It was so inferior my nine year old daughter could have done it. Used a paper towel to put my feet on the ledge of the sink. Was not the cleanest looking place either.

This has been my go-​to for 6 years, they are cinsistent and priced great. $ 20 for a mani pedi mon-​wed and otherwise $ 25 not bad at all! super clean and open sundays.

I know a few reviews say the gel nail polish isn’t the best — but I think otherwise.
I had gel nail polish applied one week ago and it is still intact. It’s the best gel nail polish I’ve ever had! I was getting a bit frustrated having to reapply normal polish almost every day.
$ 30? May be a bit too much… but definitely worth it.

I’m going to keep this short and straight to the point. Gel manicure here is horrible started peeling after 3 days. Don’t waste your time and money.

Proficient and reasonable for manicure and pedicure. I’ve been here many times and have always left satisfied.

I got a gel manicure at this place and it started peeling from the cuticle side within 4 days. A waste of money! The place also doesn’t seem that clean to me, (their tools were not in a sterilizer but merely in a basket). I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place. I only get my nails done by the owner. She’s so sweet and pleasant. I don’t speak very much but with her I’ll ask about how she’s been and little chit chat. When I’m quiet she notices and just goes about the manicure.
I’ve gotten the French gel which is beautifully done and inexpensive, this easily lasts me over 2 weeks. Mind you I spend the majority of my day typing away.
I’ve gotten pedicures done by the other girls and they have also been great.
The space is large, bright, and clean.
The best part is that it’s a very relaxing environment.

My one and only stop to get my gel manicure and pedi. Clean environs and pleasant staff. A wide variety of options for nail cure. My weekly nail care for the past 3 years I’ve lived in this neighborhood.

The absolute most unfriendly people work here. How can you be in the beauty business and be so unpleasant? Makes no sense.
I was rushed during the entire process. Got a mani and pedi at the same time. Very uncomfortable and she did not care. They rushed me so much not only did they cut me, I was done in 30 min for both services.
Never again. I can go to Broadway and 74^th st where it’s also $ 20 however, they are very nice, smile and don’t make you feel rushed.
First and last time.

Clean. Not too friendly though. But did a great job. I got the small petite Hispanic girl. Will be coming back. Mani and Pedi $ 25 because it was Friday. But Tues — Thursday it’s $ 20. The only thing I didn’t like was the other Hispanic girl was kinda rude to my mom: (Maybe she was having a bad day.

I went to get a mani-​pedi. It was OK.
Nail polish started chipping after a week, which I guess is normal.
One thing I didn’t like was eyebrow waxing. I had waited a long time to get my eyebrows done because I had a horrible experience from another place. So I go here the next week to polish and get my eyebrows done. When the lady waxed them, she thought she did a good job, even though I told her to just clean and I don’t want it thin. when I checked my eyebrows and I realized that one was thinner than the other. I was so upset. She gave me a nasty look, as if it was my fault. She said she’ll fix it. Why would I?
I told her No, I will somewhere else to get my wax done.

IF you want a great pedicure and good manicure done for $ 20-​$ 25 and out in an hour and DO NOT care if your manicurists are nice/​smile/​talk/​ask if you are comfortable, THIS IS the place.
I typically always care about service… but they did a great job on the mani/​pedi and was offered for a really good price on Thursday (20 bucks).
They let us try on 10 or so Essie colors. I would have preferred the older Korean ladies because damn these other girls did not crack a smile… maybe once by accident.
I’ll be back– definitely since its VERY clean and close enough to my moms place when I visit… I just wont go to those same girls

love this place. the petite girl who works there is really good. Their prices are very reasonable too and they have weekday specials. must go there if your around. Tjhey also give you a free 2 min massage with every manicure pedicure.

Very clean, spacious and the ladies are friendly. I’ve had many pedicures, all fine but I come for the gel manicures. A great job, every time. Note, they only take Visa and MC, but tip on the card is OK.

A great place to do your nails in W.N.Y. Went here the other day to get a mani/​pedi for $ 20.00 a special they have Mon. — Thurs. Now there are a lot of nail salons in W.N.Y./North Bergen etc on bergenline but this one is the best of all. It’s extremely clean, spacious and it on park avenue so u could easily find parking nearby.
