Love this place. Always pleasant and great service.

Clean, convenient mani/​pedis here. Not the best place in the area, but for a last minute mani it’s fine.

I get a pedicure with martha every month she is great! If u want a good pedicure go to floris! I think there all trained to do it the same way;)

I was hesitant to try this salon based in the reviews, but since I live so close I went for it. The atmosphere is perfect, clean and relaxing. The service was GREAT! What more could you ask for!!!
My only complaint would be the woman who greeted me. She seemed annoyed that I asked to try to match my gel nail color with my toes.
Otherwise, the tools were clean, music was calming and my technician was awesome.
I am definitely going back again!

Would have given zero stars if I could. Don’t go here if you have nail set on already because you will be given attitude. I went here to get one pink/​white nail tip fixed. Apparently that was too much to ask of my nail tech who had an attitude and was completely rude and told me that I should go back to the place I originally got my nail set, to which I told her I could not because it was out of state. She did a horrible job on the one measly nail and I had to ask her to re do it because she had made it visibly shorter than the other nails I already have. The overall result was sub par as she left the gel lumpy and the shape was completely flat. I feel like I could have done a better job. Way to lose a customer fast!

I checked it before when I passed by and look to me nice clean and luxury so i gave it short… the lady who did my pedicure was not professional it wasn’t what I was expected… And my manicure was done by the guy and he pork in to my nails 3 times no apology… SO PLEASE Stay away… not worth it. spend 70 $ horrible job.

I’ve been here twice and unfortunately both times the experience was sub-​par. I’ll just summarize my last visit which was last week:
— Asked for square-​ish nails, and got unnaturally shaped and sharp nails
— When cutting my cuticles, my technician also made me bleed on 3 different fingers
— Actual polish job was not very good, and chipped two days in (my nails typically don’t chip until the 7^th day or so)
Won’t go back as there are much better nail salons at the same price.

Pros: Clean and has a good variety of shades of polish. Cons: front desk staff is rude and not at all accommodating to customers with children.

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT LEAVE IT WITH ZERO!
I’ve been coming to Floris Spa for quite some time for eyelash extension even brought them new clientele, I had made an appt for 6pm called them earlier that day to see if I could switch the day because I would’ve had to leave work early to make it to my 6 o’clock but when I spoke to jasmine she was well aware that I was on schedule and told me I couldn’t change it that I would’ve had to wait an additional 2 days so I told her to forget it I’ll just come to my 6 o’clock. At 5:30 I received a call from the salon saying there was a mistake in the scheduling that they would need to change my appt, I told her I could only do the following day she said she would call me back
NEVER CALLED BACK!
My problem is if there was a problem why not tell me when I first called earlier in the day (knowing I was leaving my job early for this appt)? And second if your running a business why not be professional?
It’s not like they’re doing me any favors by giving me my lash extensions for free I’m paying for this!

I continue to come here because it is the closest to my place but never am really happy with the results. Everyone is very friendly but the service leaves much to be desired. Today I received a pedicure that was completely rushed to the point where I wasn’t sure if they even did my cuticles or scrubbed the bottom of me feet (almost positive they didn’t). In addition the gentleman who did mine was super rough where it actually hurt. Kinda sucked because I get pedicures to relax! When my nails were dry I noticed two of them had black underneath. After I mentioned it they touched up my nail. I am most likely going to go somewhere else tomorrow for a polish change because even though they fixed it my nails are super sloppy. Moving forward I think I will be taking the drive up River Rd or to Hoboken to get a better pedicure.

The final straw! I have been going here for years and as they grew into a bigger business they keep getting worse. I came in earlier in the week for a gel manicure which they rushed me through (15 mins tops) and then today for a polish change. I had messed up my toe polish while putting it under the dryer and went to the lady at the front desk to tell her. She rolled her eyes and made me feel like I did something wrong. I am done with this place. They lost a good loyal customer.

If you live nearby or not this is a great salon. Just about everyone who works there does a great job with manis and pedis. Not to mention you get an amazing massage during your mani. Angie is one of my favorites but they really all do a great job. It’s also a very big, clean, and relaxing place. Highly recommend.
Ok so I have changed my review because I’m so annoyed with their prices. It seems like they charge a different price for everything every time I go. Plus I had to pay $ 10 for the gel removal. That’s a little steep for something I can do myself in 5 min.

I don’t ever write reviews unless I am thoroughly impressed with a product or service. I am actually making an effort to let my fellow ladies and gentlemen around the area to be VERY careful before choosing this place. I won’t say much I will let the picture of a 60 dollar pedi job do the talking. This was taken right after I got home when I looked at my toes more carefully under bright light. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!

Being a guy, I only get my haircut here, but the haircuts for the price are much better than other places. Kim is a great hair-​cutter/​designer.

I’ve been in the area for 3 years but this is my first time at Floris. I walked in at 11am on a Wednesday and was taken immediately. I got a shellac manicure and a French pedicure. Large nail salon with ample space for walk ins. Everything looked clean and updated. My massage chair worked during the pedicure. And my absolute favorite – FREE WIFI.

I’m always happy with my gel manicure here. Their manager Jasmin is very sweet and accommodating. Always professional and responsive even when they get crazy busy. My favorite treat is the green tea pedicure.
They are pretty normal pricing for the area and they have a great selection of polish brands and colors

I was a regular at the Floris Spa in Jersey City, and I was absolutely in love. Every time I walked in, I was taken care of by a different technician, but each and every time, I had the same, consistent, fantastic experience. I was always offered a beverage upon my arrival, every pedicure was the same, every gel manicure was the same, and the results were fantastic. I enjoyed myself so much.
Having recently moved away from Jersey City and into the WNY area, I was delighted to discover that there was a Floris in the area. My first time here was 2 weeks ago, and the experience was certainly not as luxurious as what I had previously had in JC, but it wasn’t bad. Standard gel manicure, done quickly — I was disappointed with how thick the polish came out to be — it looks like I have fake nails on and tons of layers of gel polish. My nails look bumpy if that makes sense. The prices are definitely higher than your standard gel mani, but justfiable given the full spa experience; in this case, I didn’t feel like my lackluster experience warranted $ 38.
Upon checkout, I gave them my loyalty card from JC, but I found out the hard way that they don’t transfer /​accept, which I thought was odd. No suggestions either of what my options would be to transfer rewards.
I wanted to give it another shot in case my previous experience was a fluke, so I came back this past weekend to get a new gel mani, and this time got a french. I found out at checkout that it was an extra $ 10 instead of the standard $ 5. And again, my nails are super thick and bumpy with polish, and it just looks unsightly. My french is not straight or even, and the Shellac has already started to lift in the corners by my cuticles.
I won’t be returning to this salon, as it’s not worth the $ 48 when I could have just paid much less at a salon that’s less «luxurious». Definitely in search for a new one.

Unilocal posted hours of operation — incorrect. Call to confirm. They are NOT open as early as 9:30am. And they won’t service you one minute early!
I obviously don’t learn from my errors. I wish this place had better hours or were more flexible.

My experience at this place was rather interesting. I came in for a french gel manicure and I must say it was the worst get manicure I ever saw on myself! While the girl was doing my nails her client came in and without even hiding it, she started rushing and doing a sloppy job! When I said something to her, she mad a face as if I was rude and said that she thought it looked beautiful. When the was about to pay I showed my nails to the front desk girl and she said we’ll re-​do it if u have time. The person who did it over again was at least apologetic. 2 starts for the sloppy job, 3 stars for how they re-​did it and 5 for how they handled the issue. I probably will try to see if there is a better place around this area.

I used to love this place. Have been a client since they opened. It used to be a very calming and professional atmosphere, and, while more expensive than my closest manicure/​pedicure spot, it was lovely. One of the things I particularly liked is that the technicians did not carry on conversations with each other while they worked.
The atmosphere has changed dramatically for the worse. Last few times I was there, the technicians carried on loud conversations with one another in Korean while they were working.
The last time I was there, I took a friend and we had appointments for manicures and pedicures. There was much carrying on, we had to wait fifteen minutes to be seated and then it was forty five minutes before my manicure started. One person was sent to remove my polish and another took over to do the manicure. By the time my manicure was completed, my friend had finished her manicure/​pedicure, so I cancelled the pedicure.
I will not go back. Ever. It has become just another tacky nail parlor. Tacky I can put up with. Tacky and expensive is out of the question.
