This company is a SCAM!!!
Absolutely don’t use them — They charged me $ 200 for two tickets and then never sent them and refused to give me my money back. I also found out the tickets were only originally $ 35 a piece.
I have reported them to the Business bureau and I will be seeking advice from the small claims court. PLEASE don’t be fooled by their sales talk — they should NOT be in business!!!

Well, I have to say that part of the purchase was my fault, BUT they definitely rip you off!!! I purchased tickets for book of mormons for our 30 year anniversary and by accident bought the broadway production and we live in chicago. I wanted the best seats and paid 600.00 for them (rip) BUT, i tried to plead my case to a few people not realizing I had bought these online from a broker, and finally got a hold of this place, where the tickets come out of. Well at first i was thrilled, they said there would be NO PROBLEM to exchange them for a chicago performance. Come to find out, Book of Mormons was going to be gone for the date I needed. So they WERE willing to give me other tickets, which the price on the the ticket was 79.00. Well I can see an up charge being a broker and all, but NOT worth $ 600.00!!! The most expensive ticket on line, without a broker was 100.00 for the best seats. BOTTOM line, took the tickets that I paid $ 600.00 for and resold them and made even more on them and I was out the 400.00! I asked for a credit or a refund of any sort and they basically hung up on me. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to pay for tickets!!! My fault, but they could of at least explained that up front.

I wanted to see Lion King with my girlfriend, I am cheap… no doubt. I searched Hi and Low and found best prices here when I called in. I did look at reviews here first, but I know people with good experiences usually dont say anything or post reviews and there is always other buyers with mis-​communications. All in all, I did get the best prices (for where I wanted to sit) with this company. It was last minute and I was impressed how it went so smooth. Just like any service or product you buy online or on phone. ask what your getting before paying for it. Thanks again for the awesome night!

VIP BROADWAY aka MISS Tickets are Thieves!!! they did the same thing to me and promised to refund my money after I sent the tickets back. I returned the tickets that I paid over 600 $ for and NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND.

This is in response to sandeep a’s comment that I wanted a refund because the price was higher than face value. That is an out and out lie. I knew I was paying a premium but I expected to get the premium seats I purchased. My dispute was that I DID NOT get the seats I purchased and was instead given inferior side seats with a blocked view.

This company is the worst!!! I strongly urge you not to purchase tickets from this company. We paid over $ 150 per ticket and had seats where we could only see the top half of the actors if they were at the front of the stage. Could see almost nothing if they were at the back of the stage. The face value for each ticket was listed as $ 66.50 and that’s what the people next to us paid for their seats. The Better Business Bureau rates this business as «F» on a scale of A-​F. The company will promise you anything over the phone and in writing and just laugh when you make a complaint or request a refund. Please don’t waste your money. They should receive a NO STAR rating.
