Dr. Haacker has been my PMD for about a year. He’s a very nice dr with a great sense of humor. The issues I have are extremely long wait times, at least an hour. Also the staff answers the phone and immediately has you on hold for extremely long, and when I need documentation completed it never happens. Also, when I have blood work done, no one calls me to let me know my results are in or if I should follow up. And on more than one occasion my labs have been abnormal and I was never notified. I’m switching to another practice. Very nice Doctor, the office is just run extremely poorly

Yes as the previous person wrote there is the question of overbooking. So you can find yourself waiting more than expected. We all have different issues with our Health and sometimes it does require immediate attention thus the last minute booking. I rather wait an hour in the waiting room which has a nice size flat screen for your entertainment and equipped with my phone I find time does fly buy. Than waiting a week or two for them to find you a more appropriate slot. They have plenty of parking spaces for your car which can be a bit challenging at other Dr’s facilities and the waiting room has 20 comfortable seats and yes I counted them lol. Either way Dr. HAACKER(who reminds me David Letterman) is a great Doctor and in my opinion worth the wait to see.

While I felt that Dr Haacker is a fine doctor, I just can’t get on board with the fact that when I show up for a 9 am appointment, many other patients have a 9 am appointment at the same time. If I’m not there by 8:30 to sign in first, my 9 am becomes 10 am. Either way, I’m waiting an hour to be seen. I understand the practice has to earn, but everyone’s time is valuable. I left because I did not appreciate their policies of overbooking. Additionally, it’s very hard to actually get through on the phone to actually speak to someone. Phone calls are not returned timely either. Bottom line, unless you’re insurance coverage is lacking, you can find an office that’s much more personable and«human.» Dr Haacker himself is very nice when you see him – eventually…
