I am a 47 year old woman who recently lost a substantial amount of weight. During and after my weight lose I would jog six days a week and three times a week I did exercise videos. While I lost weight I was not able to firm and tone my muscles. Then I found IRT Fitness. I emailed IRT Fitness one evening to schedule a consultation. The next morning they returned my call and I went in for a consultation. I was hesitant to do this but I knew I needed some direction. After speaking with a trainer, discussing my goals and hearing what they had to offer(and getting a demo) I knew this was the place for me. In 10 short weeks, I have seen more results than I saw in months of jogging and doing exercise videos. At IRT Fitness I am being shown the correct way to perform exercises that I have always done(but not correctly). I am seeing that if I execute an exercise correctly I only need to do a few whereas when I did them incorrectly, they were easier and I could do many more, however I did not get any results. Joining IRT Fitness is one of the BEST things I did for my overall well being.
