Our data recovery department has extensive experience along with a forensics background to successfully recover data in 100% of the cases where the data is recoverable. A Plus Computer Support has experience with logical or physical damage, as well as deleted and reformatted drives. Our Apple technician has over 14 years experience working with Apple products and is an ex Genius bar associate.

A Plus Computer Support was began by an individual who has a passion for problem solving as well as harnessing the power of technology. 3 years ago A Plus began as a home operation, and has successfully built a local presence in the tri county area with a service center in West Palm Beach. A Plus Computer Support was started with the hopes of raising the bar for IT services and computer repair in West Palm Beach, while exposing the dangers and less than par practices of those who claim to be computer techs. Because there are so many choices and levels of service available from non certified «neighborhood» computer repair geeks to the storefront IT specialists, we wanted to provide a solid consistent services based on honesty and customer service. We believe it is our duty to provide a satisfaction guaranteed computer service in a market where consumers are being taken advantage of. Finding a computer specialist that is trustworthy and dependable is where A Plus hopes to fill the gap.
