Awful technician. Rude. Go elsewhere! In the process of looking at our refrigerator he actually broke the drawer of our freezer and told us it was «already like that». Husband had to ask him to leave. Terrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They charged me $ 235 for a service call and to clean the coils on my refrigerator. When it quit working 3 days later they came back and said that they don’t install new compressors in refrigerators (really?). Also told me that it was’t worth fixing (less than 5 years old) but if I bought a new unit through them they would take off the $ 235 I paid. I called a licensed LG repair person, who replaced the compressor and dryer (which is under warranty for 10 years) and they only charged me $ 220. The LG repairman said that they should have known that cleaning the coils wouldn’t fix the problem since the compressor was hot to the touch. When I called the office and explained the issue (I was willing to pay the service call but not the cleaning of the coils) the women couldn’t care less and said that is the price to clean the coils. I;m going to call the Better Business Bureau and register a complaint.
Save yourself some money and call a reputable company.

My washer bit the dust. Called then again and the repairman let me know that the repair cost was not worth it as it was 10 years old. I was able to pick out a brand new washer and matching dryer at their showroom that is going to be delivered today.

Terrible. Technician charged me $ 85 to tell me I needed a new washer. Hardly did anything. Pulled the washer out, with water in it, blocking the room, because he had dropped something behind it. Said it would be another $ 50 to drain water out. Did not push washer back. Called Steve in sales and told him I wanted to replace both washer and dryer and told him which models I wanted. He said he would call me back and never did. I sure hope Best Buy does better than this.

Had a refrigerator freezer door gasket replaced today. Received excellent service! The repairman, Jose, was not only very competent and efficient, he was also very personable.

If there was a negative rating to give here i would have picked that option. The customer service is horrible and they have no sense of urgency to fix items!
I initially called them on Dec 28^th because my freezer stopped working. They sent a technician out who looked at my freezer and i mean just look — didn’t pull it out or anything and said the problem was with the computer and we would have to get the whole thing replaced. My husband and i agreed to pay for the repairs and parts once we got the estimate. We were told that it takes 3 – 4 days for the parts to come in. Well 1 week after I called them since they don’t call you with updates after the timeline they give you passes. Anywho, i got put on hold for 30 mins only to be told that the parts were still not there. I asked for the manager and they could not find the manager so i did not get to speak to them. Fast forward another week and i follow back up. This time the parts are on their way and i was scheduled for an appointment the coming Monday morning. Well Monday morning comes and no one is at my house to fix the problem. I call them only to be told that the parts had not come in and therefore they did not send anyone out. I took a day off work so i could stay home to get the freezer fixed and that is the nonchalant response i get from AAA!!! Well fast forward another week and i call again and ask for an update. I am told parts not in yet — ask for the manager and finally speak to the manager and he informs me that the parts are in and they will send someone next morning. Next morning — we go through 3 technicians before the freezer is temporarily fixed. but the parts that they ordered were not the right parts — remember the inital visit! Yeah, so now they have to take those parts back and order another set of parts — go figure!
We are now 6 weeks out and i called again today to be told by the person who answered the phone that parts were not in and then asked for the manager who said parts were in. At this point I am beyond frustrated with these people. You have to chase them to get the work done so then YOU can pay THEM. They don’t care about their customers and if you call more than a few times they get an attitude with you. I feel like if they are busy and cannot accommodate customers than they should say so versus having people chase them down for an update. I will NEVER call them again — its not worth my time and money. If i am going to spend the money then i am going to go with a company that respects my time and does not treat me like they are doing me a favor.

These guys are scam artist. I called these guys out and they charged me the $ 75.00 service fee, even though they said it would be waived if I used there services. Because my services only cost $ 31.00, they said that the service fee wouldn’t not be waived.

Very Honest & reliable.
It all started when my Subzero 700TC stopped cooling on one side of the refrigerator and I called 3 different companies for an estimate. AAA Appliance had the best quote (as they were honest) they were able to fix my refrigerator the same day.
I have now recommended AAA appliance to all my friends and clients as I’m a real estate agent and have never been let down. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and place with a wide variety of options AAA Appliance is the place to go.

Wayyy too expensive. $ 125 to remove a sock? Seriously? The last place I called charged half that for the same problem. I was impatient and wanted it fixed sooner, which is the only reason I called this place. Never again.

Wow, I was impressed by this company’s customer service and technicians. I guess this company has improved over time because I didn’t experience what others were talking about. Every time I call the office the staff is helpful, schedules a technician that day, and calls before they arrive. I have called this company several times and each technician is very knowledgeable with the product. One technician (sorry I forget your name) even pulled up my manual offline to educate me about the appliance and took an extra 30 minutes from his busy schedule. Keep up the good work — it is appreciated!

For my rental properties in Palm Beach County, I’ve been quite happy with the service you’ve provided. Most recently, the repair of a dishwasher in one unit and a washing machine in another were completed with the utmost of professionalism. Will use you guys again.

The customer service people tell nothing but lies. The service technician arrived 9 ½ hours late for the appointment we had. Each time we called we got a different story and when the technician actually arrived he denied each and everyone of those stories and told us that they had simply forgotten about us. The service man was pleasant and efficient when he did arrive but their customer service is so bad I would never use them again.

If there was a lower rating to give this business, I would. Sadly 1 Star is the lowest rating here on Unilocal.That is being quite generous.

they fixed my refrigerator in no time and its working perfectly fine. I also called them about my dryer and it took two days for them to come out and replace a part. will use them again if I need any repairs!

If you want to miss a lot of work, stay home, and watch TV and not have your refrigerator repaired, AAA Appliance is the shop for you!
My refrigerator broke, and my home warranty called these guys to come fix it. They called and we made an appointment for the next day, «between 11 and 2» was the only time that was available. Something came up, and I called before the beginning of the business day to cancel the appointment and reschedule. I was not able to get a hold of them for 2 days, until Friday. They said the only time they had coming up was the following Wednesday from 10 – 11. Great. The whole point was to miss as little work as possible.
So, Wednesday rolled around, and I called them at 11. They had no one that could come out to my place and seemed to have forgotten all about the appointment (which makes me wonder if they’d have made the original appointment). They say that they will call later in the day to reschedule.
They did call. Once, and only to ask the model of refrigerator, which I had provided to them twice before. They did not call back after that. I called on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and never received a return phone call.
I cannot comment on the actual service, as they never showed up to my house. I went with another Appliance company.
