AMLI at Ibis

Specifically requested that repair person not enter unit without us being home. Having just found a neighbor’s cat that had to go to ER for a leg injury after accidentally getting out, we’d really like our request to be present adhered to for repairs.
Replacing the lightbulb in the microwave was simple enough and done expeditiously.

I am a newbie, having just moved in a short 2 ½ wks. ago; but I wanted to write a review to thank the attentive, friendly and very capable Trish, Gabby and Robin. And a special thank you to Mr. Rodney for entertaining me with his stories while he efficiently and diligently attended to my requests. I am humbled and grateful.

Next month will be my 1 year anniversary, living in AMLI at Ibis. Overall it has been a really great year! Now I understand why so many young families prefer living and renting here.
The staff does a great job, throughout the year, bringing people together and creating a real sense of community. The staff and corporate philosophy is all about community; Halloween celebrations for the kids, pool parties, Easter egg hunts for the kids and cook outs.
The community has recently made updates in the gym/​weight room. I find it to be more than enough, which saves me nearly $ 40 per month on a gym membership.
All things being equal I plan to renew in September if the rate stays somewhat consistent.
This is a quiet, family oriented community that I am proud to be part of. We also have easy access to I-​95 and Florida’s Turnpike via the Beeline Hwy. In addition living so close to the Publix plaza makes life very convenient.

Nice quiet apt with nice dog owners. Haven’t had any problems in our first 3 months. Too many frogs when it rains is my only gripe but is in kinda in a swamp.
