The BBB Branch in West Palm Beach has been an extremely valuable resource in assisting me resolve complaints with two separate businesses in South Florida. Their work has been outstanding in getting these complaints resolved. A lot of times businesses are very arrogant and will not listen to their customer’s concerns. Without the assistance of the BBB my complaints would not resolved. I highly recommend the West Palm Beach BBB and am grateful for all their assistance. A big thank you to the West Palm BBB.

Thank you to Better Business Bureau I was able to recover my money back from a company that overcharged my credit card and were not responsive when I tried to get a refund on my own.

Honestly I was nervous because it did take time for resolution but it was nice to have someone else listen to me and take the time to solve the issue.
I didn’t know this was an option until I searched online, but then I saw other people getting their problems resolved. Furthermore, the company that I sent the complaint about was happy to comply with my preferences for better customer service.
I felt better knowing I was heard and getting my issue resolved. It was better than calling a customer service representative and being told they can’t help you. It was quick and easy and I was contacted every step of the way.

While the West Palm Beach BBB did contact Treasure Coast Bullion Group they have not published my complaint on their website. They also posted that my complaint was resolved to my satisfaction, which it was not. By not posting my complaint they do not help prospective customers determine that Treasure Coast Bullion Group is not a company that they want to do business with. See my review of Treasure Coast Bullion Group. They lied to me repeatedly, in securing my business, and that they would return my deposit.

I notified BBB of an issue I had with a Fence Installer. I was angry that I was taken advantage of and the contractor disregarded my multiple requests for correction of the issues. With the BBB involvement, I received a full refund and an apology. For anyone that has not received the services or product they are paying for, Don’t Let Someone Else Suffer Unknowingly. Report Them! I will always refer to the BBB website before hiring another contractor.

Had an issue with a company that after speaking with their customer service several times, they weren’t willing to help resolve their mistake. I reached out to the BBB to file a complaint and needless to say, a few days later, all my issues were resolved and I even received a refund for the subpar product I received. I have used the BBB a handful of times and they have been excellent each and every time. I don’t suggest going directly to BBB as you should give business owners the chance to help you out before resorting to the big boys but if all fails, the BBB is there to help. Thank you BBB for great service every time.

The BBB followed up with the company that lied to me. I knew the status of my complaint and was happy with the outcome.

My condo association was switching to another company and I had problems trying to reach the old one asking them to transfer my last payment to the new one. As soon as I contacted BBB, I was able to get an answer from them and solve my problem.
I am glad I did.

Thanks to BBB I was able to resolve my problem with NCL cruise line. Not only did it get done in exactly the time that was promised but the process to file a complaint was very easy. When I had a question or needed to add something I got a timely response by email of what I needed to do. Thank you BBB for helping me settle my issue with NCL cruise line in a quick and professional manner.

I am very grateful for the services of the Better Business Bureau who assisted me in resolving a dispute that I had with a removal company — ‘East Coast Shipping’ who failed to do what I had paid for.
I had a number of interactions with the company who initially promised me a refund on part of the payment that I had made for their lack of service and fulfillment of their obligations. These however came to nothing and the company failed to give me the refund.
My communications with BBB were simple to the point and were backed up my the communications that I had previously with the company.
They dealt with this company on my behalf and saw the problem through to resolution.
Consumers need an advocate like BBB who can fight their case on their behalf without the necessity of going to a lawyer or small claims court and I am pleased to say that BBB fulfilled their duties in this regard by providing a much needed service.
I am pleased to recommend them when you are having issues with a company who are trying to short change you and not fulfill their contractual obligations.

I had a client who hadn’t paid for over 90 days. Before going to the expense of small claims court or a collection agency I filed a business to business complaint with BBB. Within 1 week of the client receiving the complaint I had my full payment. What an awesome result! Many thanks to BBB. I can’t thank you enough.

Had a problem with El Dorado Furniture. Purchased a tilt chair from them and after two months approximately the seat had a bulge that could not be fixed. El Dorado was giving me a hard time to fix or replace. Used the Better Business Bureau and wrote a complaint against El Dorado. The outcome was that I got my chair replaced.

The Better Business Bureau is a great resource when a company won’t respond or try to resolve an issue you have with it. It is the first place I turn to when I feel a business has tried to take advantage of me or uses deceptive or misleading advertising or business practices. I plan to continue using their services as needed.

Thank you BBB for helping me resolve a very upsetting and difficult matter. Before you were brought into the problem the company I had a problem with would not budge from their negative behavior. I am convinced I would not have received the refund I was owed without you!

I like having the BBB available because it allows us as a customer to be honest with our experience with certain businesses. I would only turn to BBB when an ongoing issue with a business cannot be resolved or takes a long time to get resolve. Especially when a business is about a monetary gift fund. It is important that those sites are reliable and can be trusted. BBB can help provide the right ratings and credibility of businesses so consumers are aware what they are getting themselves into.

I was running into brick wall after brick wall trying to get a simple issue with a dishwasher service contract resolved. No one seemed willing to listen to me and I was unable to get in touch with more senior management to talk to about the problem. Within just a few days of contacting BBB I received phone calls and emails from the service company seeking to resolve the problem. After talking to them everything was worked out and I was completely taken care of. They specifically said the reason they reached out to me was because of the BBB complaint. This is my first time using BBB and would definitely use them again under similar circumstances.

I have used them twice for help with businesses that were giving bad customer service and both times, just hearing from the BBB got them to do what they were supposed to do. I was very satisfied.
