Business Owner

Bruce S. Rosenwater, Esq. was born in Cleveland, Ohio, November 4, 1959. He was admitted to the bar in 1985, Ohio. 1987, Florida; 1988, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration B.S.B.A, in 1982 from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizonia .and his J.D. from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-​Marshall College College of Law in 1985.

After graduation, Bruce Rosenwater worked for a Savings & Loan as an in –house real estate associate, where his responsibilities included overseeing $ 250 million of real estate in South Florida. He then joined a sole practitioner in Palm Beach, where he engaged in a general civil practice. Following that, he worked for a firm in Boca Raton that specialized in condominium and home-​owner association representation.
