Custom Wheel Connection

I have been a customer since 2012, they helped me find the best deal on a set of rims that i wanted PAT, ANDY were excellent. I recently got into a car accident and one of my rims were damaged, so of course i went back to them to get a replacement, as it would turn out my rim was discontinued and i was very disappointed. ANDY immediately begun looking for a replacement that would be a close match, after about an hour and a half of searching and making phone calls we finally agreed on one rim that would get the job done, he never once made me feel like a burden and always was professional. they’ve had my business for years and will continue to for years to come. Worst experience ever! I took my BMW 335is for some rims and tires. The owner Andy was rude from the start. They installed the wheels and the car shook very bad. I had to go back 10 times! They tried to blame it on my brakes. I took my car to get the brakes checked and they were perfectly fine being a new car. They broke 2 of my tire pressure sensors also. They would not fix the problem so I had to put my old m wheels back on and pay out of my pocket. I placed a dispute with my credit card as well for $ 2700. An employee Pat came back and I decided to cancel my despite so he could fix the problem. He was nice. Anyhow we ordered new rims and the car still shook. They told me to kick rocks. I did everything they told me to. I even tipped Pat and another worker! Long story short my tire kept getting low on air then wouldn’t fill up at all. I took my car to tire kingdom and had to replace a the tire out of my own pocket! The nitto invo tire cost $ 400. Custom wheel connection sold me a tire that they tore up on the inside. Worst place ever. I was nothing but nice. I am hiring an attorney. I posted 2 pics on their profile.

I went there for an alignment and was told I needed all sorts of parts fixed on my new truck and it would be $ 1,200. I brought it somewhere else and they did it for $ 120 and gave me a 10,000 mile gaurantee. SCAM ARTISTS. STAY AWAY
