Elite Window Tinting

If I could leave a negative star review I would as this place deserves less than that. I brought my new car to Elite Window Tinting (2920 Okeechobee Blvd, west palm beach, Florida… so there is no confusion) and delt with a guy named Mark. From the start it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they make Comcast look good, and after staying patient and polite, even after offering to return at a later date as they seemed way to busy to have time for a customer, the attitude never changed. I think I’m pretty reasonable where if I can get good work done and only have to deal with terrible customer service, I would still give a good review. But when I picked up my car and gave 4 days before cleaning or touching my Windows the quality of work was horrible. There were bubbles in the tint that would not come out. It looked like Helen Keller cut the outline for the tint. There was ambient light coming though on the bottom of all four Windows and scratches in the tint from where it was rushed. I would never send another customer to Elite Window Tinting in west palm beach ever again. Save yourself the trouble and go see John at tint world right down the street. Clearly Mark has not made good choices in life and takes it out on his customers. Enjoy the tip Mark and please find a new career, for everyone’s sake.

Called and set up appt with Ken to tint bedroom siding glass doors. He offered Tues. at 9:00, and that he would be here right after he dropped his son off at school. Today is Tues., and at 9:45 I called to make sure we were still on for today? He fumbled with the phone and some papers, and clearly had forgotten about the appt. I had removed the blinds in the morning, moved the furniture, etc., however he was on a job in Delray and no way could come out today. When I asked when he would be able to come out, he said not until Friday, or «maybe not ever»!. I said what? This is how you treat your customers? I told him not to bother, and I called another company, Heatwave, who is coming out today. I’m sorry, but Ken is the one who set this appt., regarding his son, etc., and he needs to learn a little customer service, especially when he setting the appt.
I would never recommend this company, he’s a jerk!
