Stayed at this hotel last week. The location is great. They offer shuttle service in the early morning to the airport. The staff makes you feel welcome. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is nice. I have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns in the West Palm Beach area because I like the rooms and the staff. The problem are the beds. The beds are too soft and don’t offer enough support and the pillows are so soft that it’s difficult to sleep. After this most recent stay I came home with a pulled muscle in my back and neck. My back was killing me each morning. If Hampton Inns upgraded the beds I would continue to stay with them.

Recently stayed at this Hilton property. I’ve stayed at other Hampton’s before and usually it’s a good experience…
THE GOOD…
–front desk was courteous and helpful
–allowed me early check-​in
–hotel was clean
–room was spacious
–lots of parking in front of hotel
–courtesy shuttle to airport
–convenient location (near 95 & Airport)
–Wi-​Fi worked well
–complimentary cookies
–easy to use TV with a guide
–easy checkout
–bed was good (especially pillows)
THE BAD…
–bathroom sink plug was jammed causing water to fill up (maintenance did quickly fix the issue)
–too many people smoking outside hotel near the courtesy shuttle area (what about those who don’t wanna breathe in those disgusting fumes?)
–one of the key cards I was given never worked
Overall, my stay here was good. The location was most convenient and the staff was accommodating. I’d stay here again.

Excellent experience… All because of one man. TONY McGreat! He was the evening manager for two of the three nights we stayed here and he was by far the kindest, most hospitable man I’ve ever met in the hotel management field. He made sure me and all my 12 friends needs were met. He seriously made the Hampton inn the 5 star experience I got. Breakfast wasn’t terrible like everyone makes it out to be. I thought it was quite delightful and staff was kind. 3rd year here visiting from NC and I will surly be back next summer. Tony deserves a gold star FOR SURE!!! Keep shining tony… Keep doing you…

I’ve stayed here twice now and had a good experience both times. Hot coffee is tasty, breakfast is free so cant complain too much. Couldnt find friendlier staff — willing to drive you to shopping or airport. Cant beat the convenience of the location.

Well what can I say about this hotel, my fiancé and I have been staying here for like almost 3 weeks. Don’t get me wrong the rooms are nice, but there are a few thing that could make this hotel better. Let’s start with the Internet, Internet works good from like 10:00 AM to like 4:30 PM after that time it’s a hassle to use it because it’s starts getting slower and slower through the night. Another thing is that there are a few people that work in the front desk that are Bi-​Polar. There is this girl that she could see the hotel guest walk by and she wont stop what she’s doing to greet the guest. Today early morning my Fiancé went to grab breakfast and he took a picture of some nasty rotten looking bananas.EeeKkkkk.

This hotel really needs help.
Slow Internet connection
Breakfast is horrible. Mold on oranges and bananas. (see pictures)
I was here for three weeks and no signs of improvements.
Rooms are okay, customer service employees have bi-​polar from what I see. Sometimes they will greet you and sometimes not.

Stayed here fro a brief 3 days but i mus say the location is great. 5 min from airport and 4 min from City place (great entertainment section of WPB) Continental breakfast was good and not repetitive like most hotels and a variety. Shuttle bus service to and from both airport and city place. Convenient shop area for edible purchases. I would def stay here again.
