The Firm’s Managing Partner is Gary Lesser, former Chair of the Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee, and is the current Florida Bar Advertising Committee Vice Chair. He has served as Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Medical Legal and Professionalism Committees. He has handled numerous significant injury cases over the years. Partners Joe Landy and Mickey Smith are both Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy and have tried many cases through to substantial verdicts. All three partners are AV rated, the highest rating in legal ability and ethics.

Gary S. L.
Business Owner
Gary S. Lesser was born and raised in West Palm Beach. He serves on The Florida Bar Board of Governors, and has served as the Chair of the Florida Bar Professional Ethics Committee. Gary also served as the Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and Chair of the Medical Legal Committee for many years. Gary has been served as the Legal and Fundraising Vice President for the Arthur Meyer Jewish Academy, serving on the Board for over 20 years, as well as serving as the Chair of the Jewish Federation Business & Professions Cabinet. Gary also serves on the FAU Foundation Board and is the PAC Chair of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County.
Gary has lectured at seminars all over Florida on the topics of personal injury and various ethics issues. He has been interviewed by local and national media regarding cases, important ethical/legal issues, and his service to the community.
