Do not assume your car is road ready after a multi point inspection… I had my tires rotated, oil changed and multiple warranty/​defect issues addressed at this dealership. Short week later I open my hood to low fluid levels. I guess coolant isn’t important in cars?

DO NOT BUT HERE! BUY AN ACURA ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! Very unhappy with this dealership and the service area. I usually purchase a car every 3 – 4 years for the last 20 years and I should’ve know from when they were trying to figure out the the lease to not go forward with it here. Yes that was my mistake! Salesperson was new and I do not fault him but the sales manager when I did my lease 3 years ago could not calculate then the finance manager at the time tells me my extra warranties that I purchase was completely not what they covered I come to find out.
On to the reason why I am just deciding to write this now. Went to dealership for a dent and ding repair on Jan 5 2016 and when I made the appt ask if they needed the claim number or anything and that they can do it that day since my lease/​warranty is up soon then I also mentioned since I would be sitting there I might as well get an oil change done. So I brought my car in for an appt and the girl that checked me in says that they usually have one day a week the guy comes here and not sure if he will be there today and if they couldn’t do it they let me know. So after sitting there 2 hours a guy I believe Richard came out to tell me my car was done and I ask about the dent and dings getting fixed and they said no it wasn’t done I just gave the info to the dent and ding company. So I say oh I sat here two hours for nothing cause obviously that was my main concern while I was here. He got a little snippy with me and told me they gave me an oil change and washed my car and he called the company. First off 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous but did anyone think to come out and update me as to what was going on since that’s why I was there. Also maybe if you let the lady that make reservations know what day the guy is there each week for the dent/​ding work then I would’ve made my appt for that day or tell me to come in so they can look at it and then come back for it to actually be fixed. I would’ve brought it in sooner for it to be «checked out» and would not have taken that day off of work.
Needless to say Richard said he would get in contact with the other company and let me know if I should come there or if they can come to my house. I mentioned this warranty was expiring soon and I needed to get it done even though I extended my lease for another 6 months. He mentioned don’t worry about it we paid the dent and ding guy and he will handle it if the warranty company gives me any problems. This made me feel a little better and not be as aggravated so I looked forward to hearing from him to see when it was going to be done.
It is now Jan 16 and I have not heard back from him after I called twice and left 2 messages, after the lady that called to ask how my service was called and told me she would have him call me and after I left the service manager Dave Marshall a message too. Needless to say they prob won’t do anything now that my warranty expired and was a waste of money on my end. Pretty funny how they want your business but when they they need to get things done it doesn’t happen and no one can return a phone call. I’m not sure if I will buy another Acura or not when my extension is up but I guarantee you if I do it won’t be from here! I will drive to Delray, Ft Pierce or across Florida then to deal with people that don’t won’t to actually help me or tell me the truth when buying a car. In all my years of buying a car I never encounter a dealership like this.

Bought a CPO Acura ILX car with Irwin this past weekend. Honestly, I was nervous with the idea of having buyers remorse. Luckily, between Irwin and the finance department I felt well taken care of and got a great price and value for my Acura. I would recommend Napelton Acura and the team to anyone!

Went here last week to get a new car. Worked with Richard Grogan and Andy. Both were awesome. Richard was looking out for me, to help me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I was able to get into a beautiful TLX and I absolutely love it. The team was very professional and straight forward. Didn’t feel for a second like I was being taken advantage of. I enjoyed my experience and felt that the team I worked with made sure that the car shopping experience was effortless.

My Service Advisor is Niko V. Told me it would be done in a time frame… and it was! Took care of all my concerns, even provided a loaner! Was a very pleasant experience. This is our third TSX from this dealership!

Went in just for a test drive. They insisted for the phone # «to find us in the computer» and email. We advised them we do not want soliciting calls or emails especially since we are not ready to buy — just researching. We got one email (we subsequently unsubscribed) and two calls. Very aggressive marketing and silly. Annoying potential customers is not «closing the deal». Manager was even patronizing: after realizing we’re going down the list from A — Acura said «it’s not like you’re going to buy an Aston Martin! «. Well, if I do it’s not going to be from him — they need a little class over there. Two stars for the effort.

Purchasing the car wasn’t overly stressful but everything else has been. four months after buying my Acura Tl the Torque converter starting going out and this is covered under the Q certified warranty I have with them… my service agent contacted the warranty company to get repair approval and they DENIED HIS CLAIM DUE TO A PRE-​EXISTING CONDITION!!! I thought health insurance companies were the only low-life’s swimming in the scam pool. the dealership helped me pay for the repairs and this left a nasty taste in my mouth with these guys. fast forward 12 months and my oil pump gasket started leaking oil. no biggie, this is also covered under the power train warranty… THE CLAIM CAME BACK AS DENIED SINCE THE PUMP ITSELF WASN’T BAD, BUT JUST THE SEAL. what the @#$% is the difference. they will jump through hoops to deny any and all valid claims. Be prepared to take it up the Butt if you let them talk you into anything with their garbage Q certified warranty.

Great Car dealership ! There Pre-​Owned dealership has so many fancy and interesting cars it’s crazy some of the exotic cars they get. We had bought an ML-​350 from them and it was great they took our BMW X3 as a trade everything went well and I used to sell cars and I sold Aston Martins and we were even as good as Napelton Acura. Our sales men was Burley Grant he was more then great he wasn’t to pushy he treated you like family he was honest nice and really gave us a wonderful experience so if you need to buy a car go to Burley Grant at Napelton Acura because you won’t be disappointed!

I was extremely interested in an Acura MDX that Palm Beach Acura had on their lot. Since I live in Miami, I wanted to make sure that everything I was asking for was going to be what I was getting when I got there. It was. There was no shadiness or bait and switch tactics. Everyone was friendly, honest, and accommodating.
I had been to other dealerships and felt slighted and misguided. Palm Beach Acura was amazing. I would definitely recommend this Acura dealership over many others!

Car shopping is fun to a point. It boils down to both the customer and the salesperson being happy in the long run. Frustration is one of the words that I can use to explain the process. After going to and calling several dealerships, the deal fell through here. There was no pressure and Nelson, the salesman, was courteous and professional during the whole experience. Apparently, they must love washing cars since he told me I can have my car washed for free anytime that I’m in the area. So, saying goodbye to my old Mustang was a piece of cake. I love our new RDX and can’t wait to see what memories it will bring.

I bought my most recent car here (2003 3.2 CL… it’s my baby), and the salesman was awesome. No crazy high pressure situations, very friendly, etc.
I also had my car serviced here a few times. There’s a nice waiting area, and things are handled very professionally. The only thing that could make it better is if they took appointments for oil changes and had wifi to get some work done while waiting.
