Palm Beach Segway Tours

We booked the tour with 3 adults and 2 teens. Learning how ro ride was quick and Sean was a great teacher. We learned alot about the city and got to see really cool things throughout Palm Beach. It was a very professional staff and the tour guide was hilarious. I would recommend everyone take the tour with Palm Beach Segways. I would do it again!!!

First time on Segways and it was amazing… Patrick is the best guide, instructor and part time comedian. Could not have had a better time learning to ride and history of area. Seeing it all from totally different perspective. Totally worth while.

Super super fun! We did this as a girls day and couldn’t have had a better time. Our guide, Patrick, was funny as well as knowledgeable and an AMAZING teacher! Zipping around on a Segway while having a guide in your ear is definitely the best way to experience the beauty of downtown West Palm. I can’t wait to have out of town friends visit so I can take them on this great adventure!!!

Had to get on and give them five stars as soon as I could! We were in from New Hampshire for a wedding. We saw the Segway on trip advisor and figured it would be fun! Bu but it surpassed our expectations!!! Our guide was Joe who was simply amazing! We were a group of four on the tour. Age ranges from 27 – 55. Joe was unbelievable, my mother could not get the whole Segway thing down so he pulled her with him the whole time. He did not need to do this and could have simply told her to head back. We did the two hour tour and learned so much about the area and saw beautiful sites, the guide was also hilarious which made it very entertaining. We were all blown away by the experience and it was by far the best part of our vacation. I would definitely recommend Joe. He is kind, patience, comical and personalizes the tour making sure he memorizes names and connected with it. Would give it more stars if I could!!!

I would call this my favorite tour service in West Palm Beach, FL! I hope that other people from around the eastern seaboard would hear about it. Our tour guide is very helpful, friendly and gave me info as we go around the area. He even helped me ride on a Segway (because it was my first time).I hope the business will entertain more and more generations to come!

This is such a fun activity! The Segways are really easy to ride and it is a great way to see the area and hang outside. Patrick did a great job as our guide– he was funny and had the perfect demeanor for this kind of thing. Highly recommend!

Had a blast! The two hour tour was well worth it. My wife and I lucked out and were the only ones on the tour. Patrick was our guide and he was great.

My husband & I were in town for a wedding and on our last day in West Palm Beach we decided to try the Segway tours. Found out about it last minute and didn’t realize we needed to book a spot. The same morning, my husband booked and received a call within minutes to confirm our reservation and even fit us in for a more convenient time. I think we enjoyed it even more since it was just the two of us on the tour.
Our tour guide was very patient and encouraging with me and my newborn baby giraffe legs. lol. As soon as we got outside it got easier and definitely less stressful once I got the hang of it. Our guide was hilarious and had us laughing the whole time. We absolutely enjoyed riding around and learning some interesting facts about the city. We did the 1 hour tour and I almost wish we would have done the 2 hour. This was the perfect way to end our WPB vacation. I can’t wait to do it again one day!

Took the 2 hour tour as a Mother’s Day gift.
Tour guide was helpful but not informative. Having done tours like this across the world, this was by far a let down. Guide spoke mostly about the amount of property taxes instead of providing a history of the locations we went to. If you do decide to go, the 1 hour is more than enough.
I regret booking this tour.

We did their 2-​hour tour. Shawn was the tour guide and did a great job. We worried about rain, but it turned out to be a nice morning. It was easy to learn how to operate the Segway and get on with the tour. We paid the $ 8 to park in the lot right behind Segway Office, which made it so we didn’t have to worry about time, and even enjoyed lunch on Clematis Street after the tour. My only grip was that pictures were taken during the tour of us, and we were told a link to those pictures would be emailed, which it was. BUT you have to buy the pictures; guess I would have thought they would be part of the deal. Oh well… still liked the tour and our first Segway experience. I would highly recommend this company.

My family took the 2 hour Segway tour of West Palm Beach and loved it. The segways were a blast to ride. Our guide, Patrick, was great. His wit really made the tour informative and entertaining.

can I give 6 stars? Segways are very easy — and Shawn (Sean?) the tall thin Sean… VERY PATIENT with my daughter (17, not a baby) who was not crazy about the idea. He is funny and made the tour worth while above and beyond the whining from my kid. He stayed close to her and was very protective and still managed to give us a great tour. You get to see alot — up and down the water front, i highly reccomend this tour !! although. i never did get the email with the promised photos… hhmmm.

I’m a native of the area, I literally work right across the Flagler bridge and one day I figured that such a tourist town must have many things to do, so I decided to search online and came across the Segway tours, I was delighted. I took the $ 75 sunset roll for 2 hours. It was best money I ever spent. I went with my boyfriend at the time. It was a weekday, only the two of us. It was great! The guide was very attentive of us even though there was only the two of us. He never seemed disappointed or as if he was wasting his time with us. He was also very humorous and always offered to take tons of pictures of us. I’m so glad I took this trip, I got to learn a lot of history about the place I go to everyday, things that you pass by everyday but never really quite notice. Even secret spots few people know about and rules and regulations of the area that can work to my benefit. It was awesome! Totally recommend taking this trip, weather you’re a tourist or a native all the same! :D

The four of us took the Plam Beach Segway Tour about a month ago and had a BLAST! We took the hour tour and that was enough for our first try out. Next time, we may consider the longer tour. Our two guides, Shawn and Shawn, were great. Very caring and patient. As we went along the waterfront, they were able to give us a history of the area. Very fun and interesting.
At first I was apprehensive. But this was a piece of cake. Once we were outside, I felt like a pro. It’s so easy. Don’t let your fears ruin the possibility of having a really fun time.
The four of us all loved it and would recommend this activity to people of all ages.

I did not thought this was going to be such a blast. Great time, great guides. Do not think it twice, it is worth every penny. Nice and necessary trainning, very concerned about your security. New segways. Thank you

We were here for business and mixed a little pleasure in too. Both Seans were great. Able to accommodate us on our tour very well. Very informative and easy going day. The guys cred about you and not just the tip at the end. Got to see many different views of the area that we would not have seen on our own. We will definitely recommend this tour to everyone else.

I was in town for the weekend and needed to see Palm Beach on a shoestring. Plus, the hubby really wanted to ride a segway since we’ve never done that before.
Positives:
+ Segways! These are the newer models of Segways. No need for throttles. It responds to the way you lean. Plus, it’s easy to learn and I’m pretty uncoordinated.
+ The guides/​owners are nice guys — Shawn & Jeff. They’ll gladly snap photos of you on and off the segway.
+ Focus on safety. You spend the first 30 minutes getting used to the Segway before hitting the streets. Plus, Shawn & Jeff help you on and off the Segway.
+ A nice route the hits the high points of West Palm Beach & Palm Beach off the Intercoastal.
+ You get a bottle of water and a t-​shirt!
+ We got a discount b/​c we looked them up on Facebook. We got $ 10 off each. If you have more than 4 ppl it’s a bigger discount. So we paid $ 140.
Negatives:
— It’s a sightseeing tour. Not much history. So you may not get answers if you have questions about a certain building you see.
— The tour is still brand new so they’re still learning things as they go. No worries, it was still good.
Notables:
— Park in the city lot off of Dixie off of Clematis. It’s $ 2 for the first 2 hours and $ 1 for each hour thereon.
— The tour headquarters is next to Uncle Louie G’s Italian Ice.
— It’s hot and the sun shines! Put on some sunscreen! Bring your sunglasses!
