Retrain Front desk staff &MA’s in customer service and professionalism. Will not be returning to this location(Military Trail & Community Dr — West Palm Beach). Long wait. When your child is seen — Providers are ALWAYS rushing.

I usefully took my daughter to the Hollywood location which wasn’t that bad, but this rating goes for the West Palm Beach location, I wouldn’t recommend any parent to take their child there, the providers are in a rush, the MAs, one in specific seems to always have a attitude and they’re just incompetent … They also never answer the phone, as well as never have any appointments available for true emergencies. Every time I call there, they tell me oh there is nothing for today, and I have to end up taking my daughter to St. Marys. It’s completely sad. Once again, if it’s not necessary don’t go there. And the sad part is nothing is being done. Reached out to corporate and also the assistant manager. And nothing! Says a lot!

At our last visit, we had completely paid off our balance with Pediatrics Associates, because we never wanted to do business with them again. Now we are starting to receive more bills from that same visit. I don’t know what is wrong with this company. They must be extremely money hungry.

Office staff is incredibly rude. The doctor we normally see is very good, but I have never felt less welcome in any place of business in my entire life. I’m not sure they hire receptionists with anything above a middle school education, and apparently being nasty is a requirement for the position. Wait times are ridiculous here and even if you show up 30+ minutes early, you won’t be seen for at least 45 minutes after your appointment was scheduled. I have been in here numerous times where WALK-INS would be seen before us. I honestly would not recommend this location if you have an IQ higher than 9, because you will leave here wondering how any of these people have jobs, much less how they tie their shoes in the morning. I’ll be taking my son to the Wellington office from now on.
