I had called to see about making a tire plug appointment and was told to come in as a walk-​in after 4; the reason given to me was that the wait times after 4pm are shorter and that I wouldn’t need an appointment. When I arrived shortly after 5pm, 3 different mechanics at the service desk walked past me without acknowledgement. An employee from the parts department noticed me and she asked if I had been helped. I explained that I needed a tire plug and was told that they were booked solid for the rest of the day. I told her about the information I had received on the phone and she did not have anything to say other than I would not be able to get my tire fixed. It was a complete waste of my time, so I decided to make an appointment with a different vendor.

Be patient is key and they help you by providing a waiting area with a tv to watch what you please and access to the wifi free. Employees are willing to deal with impatient and rude people and shows the level of professionalism.

Pathetic I made an appointment online for an oil change at 9 AM Saturday. THEY SCHEDULED 3 cars ahead of me for an oil change and would be a three hour wait. This is the only time I have to do it. I would give 1 star for this however they do have stuff I want for my car. Never make an appointment online here. This is the second time this has happened. I took my car someplace else for oil change.

Poor customer service today. Walked in to one person on the phone and a second behind the counter and neither person acknowledged me for several minutes. Once they were ready, I explained my AC was blowing hot air and was told I had to make an appointment for Tuesday. This is Florida and no one in their right mind is going to drive around with no AC if they don’t have to. I asked just to be sure I heard the gentleman correctly and it was confirmed that no one could fix my AC for 3 days. No one offered to call another store which is sad in my eyes. Wouldn’t you at least want to keep my business even if it was at another store? Extremely disappointed.

Terrible customer service by Bruce at front counter. He is very rude. Never going back while he works there.

I already provide the information to you corporate office who had the store manager, Frank, call me. He told me that’s the way appointments work at Pep Boys, your appointment time is when you are going to drop off you car and then they get to it in the order in which cars come in. I asked them why make an appointment and he had no answer other that that’s the way it works.

Had a bad experience in the Jupiter store.

Pep Boys needs to get their online scheduling and call-​in scheduling in sync. I first came here for an oil change a few months ago. I scheduled the appointment online through their website, which had appointments available that evening for oil changes. The site said that during that evening, an oil change would be on special for $ 19.99.
I arrived for my appointment, and the mechanic receiving my car was quite rude and irritated with me for scheduling an appointment online. He told me that the Palm Beach Gardens location requires 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment, and that I should really call by phone next time to schedule something. He also tried to charge me $ 25 for my oil change, saying I needed a special coupon to get the $ 19.99 pricing. Once I showed him the website, he eventually gave me the $ 19.99 price, but was not at all nice about it.
The service, which included an oil change and tire rotation, took about an hour, which was not too bad, but not the fastest I’ve seen. The people were rude, and their scheduling is horrible.
I figured I just caught them on a bad night. I have a tire leak today and called to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone was stingy with appointment information and just plain rude, again. It’s like he didn’t want me to go there for service at all. I’ll go somewhere else if i have to fight to get a simple tire repair appointment.
This location needs to get it’s act together. With so much competition in the area, such poor customer service won’t get you very far. I’ll happily take my money somewhere else.

Pepboys on northlake blvd are a bunch if dumb stupid individuals who don’t deserve the jobs and have a lack of customer service. Customer service sucks and I will never ever ever do business with such individuals ever. Thanks for making my fist business with you guys so memorable
