History

Established in 2010.

Quest Workspaces was founded by successful entrepreneur and leader in the coworking and hospitality industry, Laura Kozelouzek. She is a visionary, business builder and well respected for her ability to create «high energy» results oriented, workplace cultures.

In July 2010, Laura launched Quest Workspaces, providing serviced office space, conference room, co-​working and virtual offices. Quest currently operates 8 locations throughout South Florida and New York and has become a leading brand, featured in over 50 publications including; Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Fortune Magazine and New York Times.

Prior to Quest Workspaces, Laura founded Synergy Workplaces, growing the company to 25 national locations, and producing over 25 million in sales with over 100 employees. In 2008, Synergy was sold to another coworking company.

Meet the Manager

Carye F.

Manager

As a Florida native, Carye grew up in Central Florida, just minutes away from DisneyWorld. She grew up on a lake and learned to water-​ski at a young age. This taught her that nothing is too difficult when you’re willing to put your heart and soul into it.

As a teenager, she learned the love of writing. An avid reader, Carye learned that to express yourself, you need to understand the written word.

Carye met her husband while working at USA TODAY. She and her husband share a blended family of four children. The two oldest attend college at her alma mater, University of Central Florida, while the two youngest are in high school and elementary school.
