AWESOME. This service is so great. Johanna Jablon was my helper and did a great job. I had to get a child passport fast and this service worked great. Do be advised that there’s quite a bit of paperwork you have to gather.

This service is essentially hiring a courier to go stand in line at a passport agency. Unfortunately, this is difficult for most of us to do because most of the agencies require proof that your travel is longer than 2 weeks away. There are a handful of agencies that don’t have this requirement. But… these select few are far from us… which is where
come into play. They hire a courier in the area of the agency to process your paperwork on your behalf.
Good service, overall. Nice automatic notifiations via phone and email. A tad expensive, but hey, gotta pay if you procrastinate or are in a jam.

This company is horrible, paid my money and 3 years later still no passport and they wouldn’t refund me. I ended up having to go threw the post office save your money! Any company with a 3 day return policy is shady! Flushed $ 196 down the toilet

I was appointed a person for my renewal process. I told him I had to have my passport back by saturday March 15^th. that I was a airline pilot and had to fly the next day.
He said no problem… it was on my file. He said pay for the 3 – 4 day return.
And guess what. Passport arrived on the following monday. And there reason. I did not pay for saturday delivery. I was horrified. I said I was told it would be here saturday. IF I NEEDED to pay more then they should have said the only way you could get your passport back on saturday is to pay 30 dollars more.
I called James R when I got the email notification on friday that it was sent out and was told it would be there on time. But on saturday the tracking showed it would arrive monday! I called immediately and of course James was not around and was told to call back monday… That was allot of help
When you need to renew your passport and time is critical… DONT use this service

Unfortunately I need to update this:
True customer service is measured by when things don’t go as well, and unfortunately I have that problem. While the Passport process was as smooth as possible and deserves 5 stars, my passport card hasn’t arrived (it’s way overdue). When it first became overdue, I inquired. The immediate response was «will look in tot his right now»… that was 3 weeks ago. no response. Follow up 3 days ago (in the morning) still hasn’t received even an acknowledgement.

I am still amazed at how fast and easy this process was with rush my passport … I was apprehensive to use an internet service but they are a well oiled machine … James rossier kept me in the loop every step of the way and received my passport a day earlier than promised! Through Google searches and on their website, this company is great at promoting its many positive reviews on TV. But, realize that it is very expensive for what service you actually receive. They are quick to scoop up your money via credit card, but slow on communicating with you about actually doing their work.
After purchasing a rush package for my China visa, I received an emial identifying James Rosier as my travel specialist. But, when I finally had to reach out to him via phone due to not contact from this company, I was then informed that Ken Altman was their «visa guy» and would not be back until sometime on Monday (like two business days later).
I had to actually call back to speak with their visa specialist. When I finally reached him, he seemed to busy to answer my questions satisfactorily.
Also, the information on this company’s checklists is out of date or even wrong. It caused me to purchase an unnecessary additional money order for my visa.
Long story short, if it wasn’t for the fact that I had several more business days to wiat for my visa, I would have been in real trouble. I did get the visa in time and am heading to China soon. That is why this company even merits 2 stars.

for expediting my passport 4 years ago, and now again for my wife’s. Both times have been great experiences. There are so many ways the process can go wrong. Their customer service reps no how to communicate the process very effectively to people by the nature of the expediting request are in a hurry. By nature, we are probably not the best listeners in times when we need it and need it now. Laurie Frias let us know what they would do, what we should do, and then did what she said she would. What more can you ask for. I would recommend them time and time again. My sister in law went the other route on her own and does not yet have a passport and her personal docs that get sent in are not back yet either. Let the pros walk it through for you.
