SpringHill Suites West Palm Beach I-95

Pros– the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean.
Cons– $ 200/​night. Beds are awful. Need to be replaced. Furniture stained. The beds didn’t have bed skirts so you could see the mattresses. Air conditioner is very loud. Breakfast not as good as I’ve had at other Marriot property. Several of the outlets were so loose you your charger won’t stay plugged in. Major renovation needed!!!

I recently stayed at this Marriott property. I’ve stayed at other Spring Hills and never had a problem…
THE GOOD…

THE BAD…
–bathtub drain was backed up (maintenance did come up within 20 min to resolve)
Overall, I had a pretty positive stay here. This a nice hotel I’d stay at again.

I would give this hotel a five star except that the location and pool weren’t perfect. My husband and I stayed here with our four children. I would give the staff five stars; always pleasant and helpful and asking if we were satisfied. Rooms were very clean. Pool was nice, but would love more space to enjoy it and more chairs on the patio. We were 4 miles away from the beach, but we had a car so it’s no big deal. Breakfast was great as well.

Standard hotel room, with Marriott brand. 3 stars because breakfast was dissapointing, with limited options and always lines for everything. Internet is normal on lobby but on my room 214 didn’t work. We reseted the router couple of times but it didn’t work. Couldn’t connect with my iPhone and ipad. Cable worked thought.
Has a 24 hour gym which is nice and a pool open most of time.

The room was nice but I sure missed homey touched like glasses, real silverware, good toilet paper and a comfy bed. The air conditioner was also unbearably loud and ran constantly. Staff was friendly, but didn’t have the go-​out-​of-​their-​way attitude a truly great hotel staff does. Serviceable, but for the price I expected more.
A positive for the rain-​shower head with really hot water and good breakfasts and coffee. Too bad every cup of coffee was from a paper cup and each waffle on a paper plate eaten with a plastic fork.

Had an excellent stay. Nice large room including a fridge, microwave, and even an extra sink. The bathroom and shower were both a good size. Room was very clean and maintained. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Convenient distance from the amphitheater.

Hotel was nice clean and had friendly staff. The breakfast was poor quality. We ate out the rest of our stay. The layout of the room was horrible. Very little useable space. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We woke up each morning feeling exhausted. I would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel and room. Clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful. Very convenient location to highway. We wanted to stay close to the South Florida Fairgrounds, and this was a close distance option. We were so close to the outlets and other great shopping as well!

This hotel has elegant-​style rooms with a small walk-​in closet, microwave and fridge. The walls seem to be extra insulated, because I heard no noise when the bathroom was in use nor from outside the room (my room was near the elevator & ice machine). A Wendy’s is in walking distance, Walmart is just down the street, and Rapids Water Park is a 3 minute drive away — everything we needed.

Fantastic facility, with very friend staff and perfect location. You won’t regret it.

CONS: No direct entrance from main road (probably a pro)

always find the best places to stay and this was no exception. Our room was well kept and spacious enough for the for of us on our ladies night out. It was only about ten mins away from city place and located right off I-​95. The only downside was the lack of choices for breakfast.

I chose to stay at the Springhill Suites West Palm Beach I-​95 for 3 nights because it was fairly close to the coast where I was working & the price was much cheaper than the hotels directly on the coast. If I were staying in West Palm for vacation, I probably would pay more to be closer to the beach. If you don’t mind driving about 10 – 15 minutes, you can be at the beach & save some money.
My room was clean and had everything I needed including a mini-​fridge, desk, couch/​chairs and a large bathroom. Many times bathrooms are tiny and very cramped especially for two people. The free breakfast was OK. No real complaints there. The quality of the sausage and ham at breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but when it comes to breakfast I’m not too picky. Since I’m a Marriott rewards member I got the upgraded WIFI for free which is always nice. It seemed to work pretty well. Cleaning service was good. I didn’t use the pool or gym so I can’t speak to that.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful when I needed something. Parking was sufficient with very quick access to I-​95. If I’m back in the West Palm area for business, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable bed and variety of pillows– feather or synthetic. Sheets were a bit scratchy. Suite style room with sitting area and microwave and fridge. Bathroom has tub/​shower combo. Free parking. Air con, was glad it wasn’t right next to the desk so I could work without freezout. There are several restaurants within driving range and Cracker Barrel within walking. Breakfast was not so good, powdered? Scrambled Eggs were bland and boiled eggs tasted of vinegar. Baked goods were a bit dry. Has cereal and yogurt better,

For a Hotel/​Motel its as good as it gets – clean rooms and friendly staff

Definitely more than we expected. Just wanted a clean, cheap room while visiting family. All of the staff was so friendly & helpful. The included breakfast buffet was great, more than just continental. The lobby was very nicely decorated. The exercise room was nice, didn’t have any small dumbbells, though — the smallest were 10lbs. Also the shower was textured & the bottom was sort of dingy. I wore flip flops in the shower just in case– a couple of stains on the couch cushions but we didn’t use it anyway.

Great value, friendly staff and convenient breakfast available to all. Clean and comfortable suites and happy to see a Marriott property that recycles! Thumbs up for the convenience of hot beverages (tea, coffee and hot cocoa) available ²⁴⁄₇ in the lobby and free Internet and printers on the first floor. Just wished the A/​C systems in the rooms were quieter and bath towels were thicker as they were as thin as rags.

for a great rate! My girl and I got the King Suite, which is kind of small but great nonetheless. It includes an extra section where there is a living area. She loved the art deco theme, art pieces, and furniture.
I loved the fact that we got a great hotel at a great price with a nice free breakfast. The breakfast bar included the usual suspects – fresh fruit (apples and bananas), pastries, bagels, etc. – as well as scrambled eggs, sausage or ham, and waffles.
What I found impressive is that, although we did not require room service one day, we still had a bag of fresh towels hanging on our door when we returned from a day of activities. That was very helpful. Very clean place, too!
What really earned great points from me was a situation that the desk agent helped me out with. We had to cut our visit short, so we had to check out early. With a third party reservation, however, it was difficult. The desk agent, Randi, helped us navigate the process of getting the third party to honor our early check-​out without hitting us for the last day of our reservation.
For the record, I almost picked another hotel of the same ilk right across the way, but got more at this one for practically the same price.
