Description

Specialties

Seasonal & Farm Fresh Continental Cuisine in West Palm Beach’s historic Northwood Village. At TABLE 427 we know how important it is to eat well. So we don’t only look for high quality ingredients and innovative ideas, but also are continuously renewing our menus so that our guests always find something new that will surprise them when they come to visit us. «PBPost says Chef/owner Roberto Villegas fusses over fresh, heartfelt food» and it shows in our 2014 Summer Menu. Have we made your mouth water? Come and try our new dishes. They’ll surprise you!”

History

Established in 2013.

For years, Chef Roberto Villegas has cooked at restaurants owned by other people. Now the proud papa of a baby son has his own place in an evolving West Palm Beach restaurant-scene neighborhood that hasn’t succumbed to chains.

Villegas, hailing most recently from the kitchen at Lake Park’s Pelican Café, and his wife, Maria, earlier this year opened Table 427 in near-downtown Northwood Village, where Villegas’ menus are focused (although not exclusively) on American and Continental fare, along with Latin crowd-pleasers – all served up in a colorful interior with an open kitchen and artwork by Argentinean Carolina Cordon.

Currently, the restaurant with sidewalk tables, too, is featuring a new menu for this fall season. A few nights a week, there’s entertainment. Starting Nov 4th also is open 7 days a week and serving late breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Meet the Business Owner

Chef Roberto V.

Business Owner

Every working Chef has one thing in mind– «Opening their own restaurant». Years of training, working for other Chefs, winning awards, while making other people’s restaurants succeed are just part of the trials and tribulations they go thru to realize their dream. Then there’s years of pinching every penny and sacrificing pleasures to save enough to take the chance and put their name on the door. Local Chef Roberto has lived that life for decades. He made the former «Mangia», Italian Restaurant in North Palm Beach, famous for its food as the head Chef and he has just come from the successful «Pelican Café» in Lake Park. Now, he has opened «Table 427» on Northwood Road and the results are spectacular! The just completed front room is fabulous, with artwork on the walls from famous Argentinean artist Carolina Cordon, an open kitchen layout that lets you see the action as it happens across its shimmering title bar, and lovely tables fit for royalty.
